Breakfast on Pluto (2005,  R)
Breakfast on Pluto
A charming funny movie with a great performance from Cillian Murphy. Patrick "Kitten" Braden was a very likeable and sweet character. Even though it had its sad moments it was still a feel good film.

Breaking and Entering (2007,  R)
Breaking and Entering
Great cast.

Bridge to Terabithia (2007,  PG)
Bridge to Terabithia
I loved this movie. It made me cry quite a bit though. It was nothing like what i expected it to be but if you have a good imagination you will love this movie as much as i did. The character MayBelle was adorable.
4
Casanova (2005,  R)
5
Closer (2004,  R)
Closer
Wow what a great movie. I loved the two female lead characters Alice and Anna. I loved both the opening and closing scenes where Natalie Portman was walking amongst the busy crowds of London and New York. Great cast, great storyline, great movie.
6
Eastern Promises (2007,  R)
Eastern Promises
Naomi and Viggo were amazing in this movie. I really did not expect to enjoy it as much as i did, when it finished i was gutted because i could of carried on watching the characters in this film for hours. The only thing that bugged me slightly was the ending,it seemed quite realistic until the final scene where it went a bit sickly sweet.
7
Enchanted (2007,  PG)
8
Hostel (2006,  R)
Hostel
I did not find this movie scary or gory but the storyline did unsettle me a bit and i found the last 30 minutes really tense. I am so glad Pax lived and had his revenge on the sicko.

Hostel: Part II (2007,  R)
Hostel: Part II
Great movie, the gore factor does not freak me out but it disturbs me to think that this "could" be happening in real life.
10
Imagine Me & You (2006,  R)
Imagine Me & You
The path to true love isn't always straight...

The first time i watched this movie i had no idea what it was about but it doesnt take long to work out whats happening and i think the reason for this is because the chemistry between the two characters is very obvious so a big applause to Piper Perabo and Lena Headey for their excellent acting skills. The two main characters Rachel (Piper) the straight newlywed and Luce (Lena) the lesbian florist are both very likeable and sweet and between them they create a "love is in the air" kind of atmosphere that you will feel whether you are gay or straight.

Marie Antoinette (2006,  PG-13)
12
Mamma Mia! (2008,  PG-13)
Mamma Mia!
Beautiful movie. It was a really fun film and it had the feel good factor. I sang all the way through and it ended leaving me feeling very happy which is great because i usually do not enjoy musicals. The casting was great,Meryl and Amanda looked and acted like real mother and daughter. The story was silly and cheesy but it did not matter because overall it was great.

Pulse (2006,  PG-13)
Pulse
Wow i loved this movie,i didnt really know what it was going to be about i just recorded it for when i got home from work. At first i thought this is not going to be scary at all and besides films never make me terrified but i was hiding through my hands all the way through and screamed 3 times in a row,i must be getting soft in my old age because i even had to turn the lights on towards the end because i was so scared!
14
Scream 2 (1997,  R)
15
Stephen King's Cat's Eye (1985,  PG-13)
Stephen King's Cat's Eye
I love how this movie pieces together and i like watching out for the hidden Stephen King messages. The last story with the troll is the best. When i was little i used to check my room to make sure the troll was not hiding in it.
16
Summer of Sam (1999,  R)

Teeth (2007,  R)
Teeth
Wow this movie was amazing.

Wicker Park
Great movie. Loved all the twists and turns.

Bunny Lake Is Missing (1965,  Unrated)
Bunny Lake Is Missing
Bunny Lake is Missing is about a missing 4 year old girl. Her mother and uncle have just moved to the UK from the USA and they enrol Bunny into school. It all sounds very average but the weird thing is we do not actually see Bunny and the movie gets us thinking is Bunny real or an imaginary child the mother made up during her childhood. The film keeps you guessing and towards the end turns quite dark and chilling.

I guessed the outcome but my husband got it completely wrong.

Wild Child (2008,  PG-13)
Wild Child
Great fun movie. A good chick flick, loads better than i was expecting it to be. Juno Temple is great, such a funny character.
