An emotionally charged and haunting story of lives lost. Penn seems to dig deep for his character.

Powerful performances by Ben Kingsley and Jennifer Connelly. Beautifully filmed. Depressing story. Somewhat predictable script after Sheriff Lester Burdon enters to picture.

Amazing Grace (2007,  PG)
Amazing Grace 4.5 Stars
Excellent film. Amazing Grace is based on the true story of William Wilberforce. It follows him through his passion, which is to abolish the slave trade in Britain.

Note: If you love bagpipes as much as I do, then at the end of the movie, keep watching and listening...you'll know what I mean. Simply amazing, Amazing Grace.
