Movies I would not watch again.

I gave this one a 3 because, it at least had good actors, and kept me interested through the movie. Most horror movies put me to sleep, or don't captivate my imagination enough. The plot is well written, and is very believable (until the end). I noticed everyone else is commenting on the ending too. They over did the graphic effects on the portal opening up in the house and chaseing the car. If they would have just kept the hand grabbing him then, it would have been fine.

*This movie reminds me of these movies: The Grudge, House on Haunted Hill, and The Evil Dead (of course it wasn't as good as those) But, they have a lot of simularities.

*Flaws: Has Grainy Resoulution And Voices too low, sound too high.

*Took too long to explain the death of his friend.

My fav make-up effects on the Old woman/Kiara

It was a big surprise when the guys laying in bed, with the arm wrapped around him. You would think it's his wife. And his wife walks in, and they see the old woman. :-)

The gates wrapping around the house was the kicker for all the cheesy effects and kills the reality feeling.

The old man, helping them is named "Vincent" Ironicly like "Vincents Price"

The faces and make-up is like "Evil Dead"

Love the part when Kiara drags her toes with bloody, after she dies.

Why did his wife, grabe the keys out of the girls pockett if they couldn't get out of the house? I know they ended up breaking out and useing it. But, you wouldn't have thought to do that if you couldn't get out.

Liked the idea of the caretaker being the one who's putting the spell on the graves for them to read. But, I wasn't happy with the ending plot, they forgot to bary the 2 other heads!! I understand the other 2 people had died, but you can't just forget about them. I would watch this movie again, some time but wouldn't go out and buy it. Would except it as a present, cant promise I would keep it though.

Pros:
-Liked the art and black smoke at the beginning credits.
-Has awesome effects. The scarf in the car was cool.
-The old woman had great make-up, and gross features.
-Lots of scary sound effects and creepy shadows.
-The plot was realistic, and it had very conviencing stories. (even though the ending was over-done)

Cons:
-Towards the ending during the seance I laughed a little when the goat started talking, and the guy started dancing on the table while possesed. I think it was a little too much. They should have kept it realisticly simple.
- Also the part when she was in the office she started bleeding way too much. It poured out of her nose, after starting from a little nose bleed.

this movie was great at the start. it's full of graphic gore. awesome suspence. but the ending was dissapointing. there could be more to the actual plot! will leave you with questions?

the girl must be really druged. she can't remember who she is.
truck driver said the police station was 100 miles away. so he took her back to his house.
noticed killer shooting something in his face.
girl had a wound in her head she noticed in the shower.
was brutal how the killer killed truckers wife by stabbing her in the head.
wife's brother thinks he is cheating on her so he comes by his house to snoop around. he gets his face chopped off and his gf trys to run and gets her stomach slashed open. I didn't see that comming thought she was going to get away.
when they get to the police station bloods on the front of cop car. trucker uses cb to talk to the sheriff in the closet. says he hit him with the car. was a awesome trap! killers hideing in closet and the sheriff was the one who was dead in cell.
scary when the guys seeing his dead mom.
trucker walks past bros wife's body when seeing his house.
killer decapates blond chick then shoots princess up with something again.
creepy how killer puts her back in casket and drills a hole to record her.
was emotional watching the look of terror on the guy find his mom in the killers trunk.
princess takes off with the car. so the trucker and other guys forced to go back to the funeral home. killer puts car on lock down.
killers keeping her alive for some reason.
guy working at the market should have shot him instead of running his mouth.
killer putting fix a flat in his ear was cool.
turns out princess is a hooker who the killer wanted to kill while filming.
the ending was horrible. killer kills himself by glueing his mask on his face! could have been better.

This was a cute movie. I am not a big jennifer garner fan. But this movie had a good plot. And brings back great memories of the 80s. Gives you butterflies in certain points. It was so awesome when you find out he saved her doll house after all those years!

It's alive

Lanore is going into labor at only 6 months. When the Dr delivered it, it looked abnormal. The whole room was covered in blood and 2 nurses and 2 Drs were found dead. Afterwards lanore didn't know what exactly happened. When they bring their baby home he rolls over and starts to hold his head up. Babies don't do that until later on. Lanores husbands brother suspects somethings up when the cat playing with a rat was drug under his bed. Lanore catches her baby eatting a dead bird. She also finds the dead cat in his crib. To investigate Lorane her baby when wild and killed him in the car. Instead of reporting the killing she hauled the car off. Things start to get crazy when lorane looses her mind after her best friend gets killed And the dad finds something dead in his crib. There are some inconsistencies when the power goes out. How can a baby reach the lights and have the strength to kill these people? The ending was morbid and sad.
