Movies I've seen in 2008

First movie of 2008! Woot! It was decent enough, Tom was very convincing as a Russian...very cute movie.

It was cool. I noticed the jittery camera a bit too much, but the action was good, the acting was good and the story was good.

What is with all this "magical adventure"?? There wasn't anything magical in the movie. It wasn't anything like how I thought it would be. Considering I'm 28 and just seeing this movie for the first time, I figured there was a bunch of creatures in the bottom of the earth or something. No there was just one malformed human. The movie was really cheesy and the acting wasn't that great. I'm pretty sure I would have loved this movie as a kid though. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected.

Oh yeah, Data was adorable.

It was okay...i'm not a big fan of westerns.The ending was good.

Very engrossing. I learned a little bit of american history on this one. The drawback was that it was so long, but still entertaining and sad none the less.

Pretty deep. I've been learning a lot with these fact based type movies lately. The accents were a little hard to understand at times, bu overall a very good movie.

The movie was pretty cool. Nice effects. Wasn't feeling Sam's white hair though. They didn't really get into how they became to be "jumpers" or explain how they got a machine that could follow one, but it's all good. I wasn't expecting it to be more of a romance movie, and I thought there would be more jumpers than just the 2. I am going to have to check out the book. All in all, it was a pretty decent movie.

It was very good, sad, heartbreaking. Some scenes were a little unbelievable for me, but it was still enjoyable.

I didn't enjoy this film at all. Casey Affleck was unbelievable bordering on horrible acting in the beginning. It did get somewhat better towards the middle and end, but I'm sorry, I'm not into being horribly depressed while watching a movie.

Yeah I saw this movie before, but couldn't remember it. It is hilarious, and well put together. I can't get over how great the animation looks...I can't get over the feeling that I've seen the fairy godmother somewhere before...I just can't place her...

Omg...why does JT always play some whiney pussy ass baby in his films...it suits him quite well...but damn. It was a funny movie though.

I enjoyed it for what it for the 6 bucks I paid for it. I did notice the similarities with other movies...but hey...after a while...after so many movies...they're all going to be unoriginal. The girl looked strangely like Lindsay Lohan to me....I couldn't get over it...

Pretty funny. This is my first time seeing this movie, and I don't know if I would have even thought this was scary as a little kid. Just too many questions I had watching this movie...damn funny.

Very cute. A tad bit kiddie for me...but it's all good. Tugged at the heartstrings as always...lol

Oh I definitely enjoyed this movie! There was a part where I didn't understand, and got confused...but it was clarified toward the end. Excellent film!!

Not as good as the first two, but considering there was much more detail in the book, guess they had to leave a lot out...

Wow, this movie was infuriating! No one was doing what the hell I would have done, and that main character....wow....such a horrible act at the end...he was doing alright till then. The Bible thumper lady got what was coming to her....So sad though, if he would have just waited for 5 minutes.....

Really cool! I'm sad it took me a million years to finally watch this movie. Funny scenes, and definitely some gross ones....great how the "queen alien" told them Look BITCH! I can take an elevator too! lmao

I'm sorry....but I found this movie extremely boring. Aliens was a MUCH better flick.

I never saw the second one, but it was decent from what I could see. I will have to go back and see the second one. Maybe make a marathon of it...

I give it 4 and a half, cause I just can't see Christan Bale as Batman...he's just not intimidating enough for me...but the movie really was good.

This is a dance film with pretty decent acting. I love the chemistry with everyone. It was totally believable.

It was a decent movie....it's funny how everyone is ripping the score apart. How come I never notice the music when I'm watching a movie?? I must pay attention more I guess....

I have a love/hate relationship with movies that make me think about my own mortality. I will say this movie was pretty awesome as far as graphics were concerned. I loved the soundtrack, and the acting was superb. I just couldn't stop myself from crying when everyone was dying. I don't know what was up with the burnt dude, and felt he was a tad bit unnecessary, but it didn't really take away from the film. I won't watch it again, just because I don't feel like crying again, but I did enjoy it.

Very long and drawn out. Confusing...didn't get the terms, or the accents...didn't keep me interested, and couldn't wait for it to be over.
