1
Shaun of the Dead (2004,  R)
Shaun of the Dead
I saw a poster for this that said "a romantic comedy... with zombies", I then vowed to see it. When I finally did, years later, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was extremely funny and extremely well done. I hate new movies and I hate new comedies especially, so for me to say this is the second funniest movie I have ever seen is extreme praise.
2
Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind (2004,  R)
Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind
I thought this was going to suck. I like movies about memory loss and the like though, and since it was a good movie anyway, I liked it. Jim Carrey generally annoys me, but he was good in this.
3
Team America - World Police (2004,  R)
4
White Chicks (2004,  PG-13)
White Chicks
Like I keep saying, I hate new movies and I hate new comedies and I hate this kind of humour. But I really like this movie. It's lame yes, and the ending is sucky (boo to romance), but it is seriously the most quotable movie ever. I quote this several times a day and before I graduated, my friend and I would quote this all day, going 'What a beautiful chocolate man *laugh*' or he'd go "You're strong for a girl *laugh*' and push me hard so I'd almost fall off the chair. Also, I can't pronounce Denzel Washington without going "Den-Zel" lol. But yeah, strangely it is extremely funny and of course, only has a fricking 4.8 rating on IMDb!! WTF?? I bet these are the same people rating Soul Plane and Epic Movie a 10 - LOSERS!!
5
Saw (2004,  R)
6
Kill Bill, Volume 2 (2004,  R)
Kill Bill, Volume 2
I haven't seen Kill Bill many times, actually I've only seen the second one twice, but I liked it. I preferred the first one, but it was a good sequel and enjoyable nonetheless.
7
Dawn of the Dead (2004,  R)
Dawn of the Dead
One day, my brother and I were watching TV and there was a preview for some movie. Some guy got hit by an ambulance and we cracked up thinking it was some stupid comedy movie. It turned out it was this movie. When I finally did get around to watching it, I found that it was actually good movie. I hate new movies, especially remakes but although I prefer the original this is actually an enjoyable zombie movie. But then, I love zombie movies so as long as people are getting owned by zombies, I'm happy.
8
The Terminal (2004,  PG-13)
The Terminal
If I had read the plot for the movie before watching I wouldn't have watched it. But I was bored so just watched it. And it was really good. I generally like Tom Hanks anyway, but uh... I hate doing reviews, I don't know. It was good so watch it.

24
The Manchurian Candidate (2004,  R)
25
The Bourne Supremacy (2004,  PG-13)
The Bourne Supremacy
Today I've been attempting to watch the first two Bourne movies so I could finally watch the third (as I've completely forgotten them). While it was ok, I didn't like it as much as the first one, probably due to the lack of suspense and Matt Damon didn't really seem to be trying at all. This may be because the character is in mourning, I don't know. The unsteady camera brought down its rating too. During normal scenes it didn't bother me, but during the action scenes the camera's shaking around and you can't see anything.
26
The Notebook (2004,  PG-13)
27
Summer Storm (Sommersturm) (2006,  R)
Summer Storm (Sommersturm)
I hate romance movies. BUT I love gay romance. I have no idea why and so in July of 2008 I just watched a lot of gay romance movies because they are so damn awesome. They are the only kind of romance movies in which I want the characters to get together. So anyway, although the main guy was ugly and looked like Brad Greenquist (Pascal from Pet Sematary) I still enjoyed it. For some reason in every gay movie I watched one of the guys would be extremely ugly and the other... not. Um... so it was kind of funny and ok, but I wanted Tobi and Achim to get together (like I said I always want happy endings in gay romance and unhappy endings in hetero romance, and I'm a straight female... go figure).
28
Without A Paddle (2004,  PG-13)
29
Hotel Rwanda (2004,  PG-13)
30
Downfall (Der Untergang) (2004,  R)
31
Ladder 49 (2004,  PG-13)
32
The Passion of the Christ (2004,  R)
33
The Village (2004,  PG-13)
34
Eating Out (2004,  Unrated)
Eating Out
I watched this as 1) It was in a list of 50 best 'gay' movies and 2) I love gay movies. The acting was extremely bad, and the females in it were extremely ugly and annoying and were pointless really. The main dude, I forget his name, was the only one who fit the part and wasn't that bad of an actor. I'm not sure if it was meant to be, but his scenes with the gay dude were really awkward, so if they were supposed to be, well, good job and if not.. not so much.
35
The Girl Next Door (2004,  R)
36
Primer (2004,  PG-13)
37
The Incredibles (2004,  PG)
38

The Machinist (2004,  R)
41
One Point O (1.0)(Paranoia: 1.0) (2004,  R)
One Point O (1.0)(Paranoia: 1.0)
I like Jeremy Sisto coz he's totally awesome and that's really the only reason I watched the movie. But it was gay. Nothing seemed to happen and should really have been a short or something coz it just seemed to be filled with people talking really quietly and Sisto drinking milk.
42
The Woodsman (2004,  R)
The Woodsman
While the movie itself was pretty boring, the plot was interesting. I like to see movies from different points of views (usually the characters are just normal people etc, so i like watching those in 'favour' of the pedophile, murderer etc).

The problem I have, not with the actual film, but for example, his sister doesn't want to see him and doesn't want her 12 year old daughter to see him. Why? Because he molested some girls that age. So, fair enough you'd think. But just because he's attracted to young girls, doesn't mean he's attracted to EVERY young girl. I'm straight, attracted to men, but I'm not attracted to all of them. As every other person with a sexuality would know. That's really my only problem with movies about this. Everyone seems to think they can't resist the temptation and will want to touch every little kid they see, which may be true, but bringing in my personal thoughts of how I go about my day as a straight 18 year old, seems to be complete bollocks. But then again, while I enjoy looking, I'm not interested in getting close to anyone, as 1) I hate people and 2) physical contact.

Species III
I like the Species movies and I knew this was going to suck, but watched it anyway. I had no idea it would suck as much as it did though. Horrible acting and stupid plot and was really not worth watching.

70
Raising Helen (2004,  PG-13)
71
Garfield - The Movie (2004,  PG)
Garfield - The Movie
Ugh, so boring
72
Meet The Fockers (2004,  PG-13)
73
Soul Plane (2004,  R)
Soul Plane
I had the extreme misfortune to watch this. It is in my list of the worst 5 movies ever (Juno tops it). It is not funny at all and is boring as hell. My brother and mum think it's hilarious, but they're idiots.
74
Envy (2004,  PG-13)
