1
The Illusionist (2006,  PG-13)
The Illusionist
It was a very good all around movie. It's a bit of a love story with a magician's touch.
It has that feeling of will he ever reunited with the love og his life again.
The mysteriousness surrounding how he mastered his magician work is good. I did like how everything was intertwined and how you knew what would happen.
I still want to know how he makes that tree grow and the butterflies fly with the handkerchief.
2
Running Scared (2006,  R)
Running Scared
At first I was reluctant to watch this movie because Paul Walker hasn't done a good movie in quite a while.
Boy am I glad I watched it.
In the beginning of the movie, you wonder why all this commotion is happening and it gets explained later on.
And it's something that you do not expect.
It touches on subjects unfamiliar to Paul Walker films. And they do it oh so well.
It touches on pedophilia, sex slavery and battery.
Everything is good in this film.
It's long, but it's worth it.
3
The Rules of Attraction (2002,  R)
4
Coming to America (1988,  R)
Coming to America
Prince Akeem needs to find his Queen and he goes to where else, Queens, NY.

Hilarity ensues as he has never been to America he has to learn to adapt and he does in the funniest ways.
5
Ninja Scroll (1995,  Unrated)
Ninja Scroll
I've seen it many times before and it's one of the best Anime movies i've seen. I saw it when I was like 15 or something. And it's a Ninja flick so of course I loved it. Great story, scenes, fight sequences, cinematography and dialogue.
6
The Best Man (1999,  R)
The Best Man
This is a forgotten black film from 1999(I saw it 3 times in one day Saturday night). It revolves around 2 best friends. One is the best man and the groom finds out a secret that really makes him want to kill his best man. But there's more, all of this stuff the groom found out about was in a book that the best man wrote. Unresolved issues all happen and get fixed before and after the wedding. I'm not usually a romantic comedy fan, but this had drama sprinkled on it. It's really good.
7
Chicken Little (2005,  G)
Chicken Little
I saw this in theaters with a good friend and we both loved it.
It's cute, fun, interesting and had lots of touching moments.
Fathers and sons should see this one.
8
Grease (1978,  PG)
Grease
I liked this movie because of the music.
The first and last songs were the best.
The other stories were good too.
You had the gangs, but not the knifing, kill you gangs.
Then you had their ladies that added to the insanity and fun.
It had an all star cast that did not fail.
9
The Mummy (1999,  PG-13)
The Mummy
Good flick.
The CGI was done great and it did not take anything away from the film.
10
The Evening Star (1996,  PG-13)
11
The Last Supper (1996,  R)
The Last Supper
If you like your comedy as dark as a cup of coffee, watch this.
12
Doomsday (2008,  R)
13
300 (2007,  R)
300
This is Sparta!

It was a feel good underdog story with great violence and great dialogue in between.
Not only was the acting good and not over done, the formations and true sense of brotherhood, unity and friendship was pushed hard and there was a reason why. When you go to war, all must be one even if you win or loss.

The movie had had the supernatural people, the weird people, the sick people and people you loved to hate.
14
Cruel Intentions (1999,  R)
Cruel Intentions
Katherine was so diabolical and had so much tunnel vision that she forgot to cover her steps and that was her undoing.

We all know that she owned this movie.

The rest of the movie that wasn't based around her was just cheesy romance.
15
National Lampoon's European Vacation (1985,  PG-13)
National Lampoon's European Vacation
The sequel to the Vacation movie that takes them to Europe and what is supposed to be fun turns into just silliness and a possible kidnapping.
And there is a sex tape floating around in there too.
16
The Fountain (2006,  PG-13)
17
Twelve and Holding (12 and Holding) (2006,  R)
Twelve and Holding (12 and Holding)
This movie is beautiful.
It's well written and you get to see how each child deals with the death of a friend.
For kids that are supposed to be twelve, they act well beyond their years.
Kudos to these young actors and actresses.
18
The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear (1991,  PG-13)
The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear
This installment was hilariouser (is that a word?).
19
Puccini for Beginners (,  Unrated)
Puccini for Beginners
Allegra breaks up with Samantha. Allegra dates Phillip. Philip has broken up with Grace. Grace dates Allegra. Allegra does not know Grace is Phillip's ex and vice versa. Phillip and Grace find out in the most odd way (no one walks in on anyone doing the deed), get back together. Allegra gets back with Samantha.
It's a fun flick that really did not get it's due in theaters or dvd.
20
Young Sherlock Holmes (1985,  PG-13)
Young Sherlock Holmes
It revolves around Holmes and Watson's first case while in boarding school. Why I liked it? It was due to the mere fact that someone would make a movie about a young Holmes which was unheard of really. There is a person that has been making the best minds in the school kill themselves due to hallucinations and it's up to Holmes and Watson to solve the case due to the police just not caring enough and writing it off as suicides. Well they solve the case, I won't tell you how, but there is an awesome sword fight to end the film. And you find out how Professor Moriarty became to be at the very end of the credits.
21
Alpha Dog (2007,  R)
22
The Lookout (2007,  R)
The Lookout
Levitt is so underrated as an actor and that is the movie was great.
There was no over acting to get the story done. Levitt seems to revil in playing the kid you feel so sorry for but as the movie goes on you realize you shouldn't feel sorry for him, you should applaud him because of how well he played the character he portrayed.
23
Bridge to Terabithia (2007,  PG)
Bridge to Terabithia
It's one of the better films i've watched in a while. I love weird animal and things so it was cool for me. Something really sad happens that makes you think long and hard. But with the situation, the lead character Jess and his younger sister become better friends.
It's very well written and it's not just for kids either, anyone could watch this movie.
24
The Quiet (2006,  R)
The Quiet
It revolves around a girl who is deaf and mute that loses her parents and goes to live with her god parents and their only child. It's a twisted story from beginning to end. The father is having a 'relationship' with his daughter. The mother is a pain killer lover/popper.
The daughter has to be the worst best friend EVER! The ending of the movie leaves you with a :huh?: But it's a sight to see. It's very well written.
25
Hard Candy (2006,  R)
Hard Candy
It's one of the better movies i've seen in years.
26
Atlantis: Milo's Return (2003,  G)
27
School Ties (1992,  PG-13)
School Ties
I can watch this movie over an dover and over.
Each of the guys were so young and they acted so well.
It's a great story and the fact that they were found out to be racists was not suprising at all.
28
Death Becomes Her (1992,  PG-13)
Death Becomes Her
I love, love, love this movie.
Not only does it teach you something, beauty and immortality is not every thing, but it is also very good for laughs.

It's an excellent dark comedy.
29
Killing Mr. Griffin (1998,  PG-13)
30
The Naked Gun - From the Files of Police Squad! (1988,  PG-13)
The Naked Gun - From the Files of Police Squad!
Slapstick comedy at it's best.
Many tv to movies do not bode well, but this followed the stupidity of the show so well that it was scary.
How do you name your villain Papshmere and not laugh? I mean come on.

42
Tamara (2006,  R)
Tamara
Re-watched it and I liked the movie.
I enjoyed why Tamara did what she did.
She was "saved" but it was a sad way how it happened.

Don't mess with people because you never know when they will get revenge on you.
Tamara rocks!
43
Brokedown Palace (1999,  PG-13)
Brokedown Palace
Great movie that saw some good acting from these 2 young ladies (when the movie was made anyway).

The innocence seen on their faces and coming out their mouth is done really well.

63
Twilight (2008,  PG-13)
64
Batman Gotham Knight (2008,  Unrated)
Batman Gotham Knight
The animation bugged the hell out of me. I did enjoy one of the stories more than anything else. It's the one that was just straight up Anime where it features an awful looking Killer Croc and a great version of the Scarecrow.
Batman's cape was terrible looking.
