Brett Ratner is a fine director - for other films. I will give him credit though. This film had some very good aspects (i.e. Beast, Storm's wig, Angel (for the 5 seconds that we saw him)); but overall it turned out to be a disappointment after the first two amazing Bryan Singer installments.

For such a great series, this installment was a big disappointment. The acting was okay, but the tone of the film was plain wrong. It just felt too rushed. It almost makes me want to cry knowing that the next films are being directed by David Yates as well. Bring back Alfonso Cuarón or Mike Newell please.

I know that this is supposed to be a classic, but I cannot stand this movie. I made it halfway through and finally turned it off when I couldn't take it anymore.

Shannyn Sossamon irks me. Aside from that, the movie is just plain bad.

I like the show, but the film fell flat.

Wow. Did Quentin Tarantino direct this? It was SO bad, but it gets a half star for making me laugh quite a few times.

No more, please! This movie felt about 450,000 hours long. Never again.

It was bad. Steven Colbert was funny enough; but the film was so bad that it just didn't matter.

Goldblum gives an outstanding performance but Heche is so wrong for her part as the love interest that her role brings the whole film down. Despite being a huge Goldblum fan this film lost my attention less than halfway through.

Dungeon Siege, the video game, is great. This movie, however, was not. Although there were a couple of decent scenes/fight sequences, the movie did not work. Everything seemed forced and out of place. Ray Liotta, Jason Statham, Leelee Sobieski, Burt Reynolds, Matthew Lillard? What? I would like to know who thought it was a good idea to cast Shaggy and then have him butcher a fake accent. Watching this movie was like having to sit through Dungeons & Dragons again; except that D&D was so bad that it made me laugh. There was no laughter to be heard here. At all.
