Johnny Depp...

In addition to having Johnny Depp in it, this movie was very cute and also very funny. I liked it much more than Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory...

This was kind of dorky and annoying, like the second one, but was also entertaining at times.

He he he... Very great. For an older film, it isn't that bad. Quite funny anyway, it is...

I love Tim Burton. Have you noticed that Christopher Lee and Johnny Depp are in many of his movies together? ie: Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Sleepy Hollow...

This was a very "cute" film. Johnny Depp's character was so adorable. And his voice was fantastic. Yes, a very good movie indeed. However, I am not too fond of the ending, but that is ok, because the rest of it and having Johnny Depp and Christopher Lee do voices for characters was recompensation for the strange ending.

Tim Burton?!?! I didn't know that this film even existed. Yet another Tim Burton film with Johnny Depp in it... I think that I might very likely desire to see this one.

Very very funny.

I liked this Harry Potter a lot more than I liked any of the previous ones. It was much more exciting, though it is not one of those films that I would like to see too many times more than once. Maybe twice would be alright, but never again after that. At least not for a long time.

This film had a rather good plot and everything. It had good twists.

Rather entertaining to watch once, but a bit on the stupid side if you ask me...

Very-- hum... how shall I say it? Stupid compared to the 1st one. But the first one wasn't that great either...

After having watched this film again, I have taken a different perspective on it. The first time through, I found myself feeling very sad for Kong.


He was just a sad, lonely monkey, who loved Anne, and he was killed, sadly, because there was really nothing else that could be done. They couldn't very well have a giant ape running around killing everyone.


I still feel sad for Kong, but something else besides the death of Kong made me really sad.


What was that? It was the Death of Mr. Hayes. Now you may think, Mr. Hayes shot at Kong without reason, but, no; for all he knew, Kong could have killed Anne already, and there was nothing else to do. He was just trying to do what was right.


And that is not all. I am not as sad for the death of Mr. Hayes as I am sad for Jimmy. Jimmy was all alone in the world, with the exception of Mr. Hayes. I feel so sad. What happened to Jimmy?


Think about it; I have. What would you do if that happened to you? You had one person, and only one person in the world, and that person was gone, forever, just like that.


Maybe I am looking too far in to this, but I am really depressed. I know it is just a film, but I am so sad for Jimmy.

Pretty Funny. I watched this one at the theater when my air conditioning would not work one summer. The Theater had air conditioning. It was great.

My Very favourite of The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I am still sad that Tom Bombadil was not in it, but it was great nonetheless...

I have decided to make this review as well as some others longer. This film was absolutely beautiful. The cast was wonderfully chosen (Except for Liv Tyler) to beautifully retell the classic books. I loved these films. The Books were also great. Wonderful, I do say...

Gollum was definately a very very good character and Any Serkis did phenominal work bringing him to life. I absolutely loved the ents. One of my very favourite Lord of the Rings Scenes comes from this film. What is that scene you ask??? That would be the Last March of the Ents. Beautiful. I loved that scene...

I also think that the exteneded edition of this and the other Lord of the Rings films were absolutely enjoyable. Without the extended and new scenes, Pippin and Merry are not in it as much, and that is just sad.

Absolutely wonderful!! Very action filled and suspenseful. Absolutely beautiful.

This was a very grand film. It was so sad. I do not know about you, but I cry when I watch it. Quite different from the book in some places, as all of them were, but still wonderful. Peter Jackson deserves a round of applause and a big mint chocolate chip ice cream cone. What a wonderful film...

The exteneded edition is a must, I'd say. If you watch it, you might as well watch all of the scenes. Though the scene with Gandalf and Pippin in Minas Tirith is clearly a different take in the regular edition verses the extended edtion...

Weird, Stupid, and mildly entertaining...

I believe it actually gets funnier the more times I watch it...

Ha ha ha ha!! This was so funny. I thought that it would be stupid, but I laughed throughout the entire movie. It was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time.

Oh my goodness!! I loved this more than most things. There were many funny parts, and sad parts also, and parts that just made me want to say: "Elizabeth Swan!! How could you, you heartless demon??"

I definately recommend this. And stay after the credits too. I always stay after the credits, and sometimes there are little extras at the ends of films. Not everyone does that. But it pays off sometimes. Watch this!! I cannot wait until Memorial Day weekend 2007.

What to do??? How can I possibly wait that long until the sequel?? Ahhhh!!

He he he he! This was quite funny. It seemed really short to me. I don't know how long it was, but it just seemed to end very soon after it began. I don't know what that was all about.

I loved the previews for this one. They were very enticing... It was funny because the previews said not to watch it. I really thouroughly enjoyed this film.

I need to add more to this review... It really was a great movie... and not only because Johnny Depp was in it...

When I was 11, in 6th grade, I was completely obsessed with this film, and would watch it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Seriously... If a day went by, and I hadn't watched it, I'd feel really bad, like insanely so...

So I watched it every day, and I memorized every line. It's a really good film. Very entertaining, and it made me fall in love with Johnny Depp... Man... I was in love with him when I was 11... That's bad. I was a crazy child.

Everyone said... "He's not that hot." or maybe they'd say "He looks pale... He's not hot." Or you know, something along those lines... except Brena... she agreed with me. She and I knew that Johnny Depp was hot... And everyone else thought he wasn't... They were sure proved wrong. Geeeze... So hot he is... and now everyone agrees. I was right.

So yeah... Great film... It's got funny parts, and Johnny Depp is extremely sexy. Tim Burton is really cool, and he always puts Johnny Depp and Christopher Lee in his films. That is a good thing.

Ah... and Dumbledore was in it too, if that means anything to you... He got his ass handed to him though... Quite dead he was... I never have really liked the Harry Potter films all that much.

My rating on this was only a 2!! Can you believe it?! I think it was actually pretty good.

The first one was better, but this one was still good. Who knows what films I need to re-rate...??

Ha ha ha. This was a good movie. I laughed and all of those things.

I forgot how great this film is. I am changing my 3 star rating to a four and a half, because it is really an enjoyable film to watch. I hadn't seen it in a long time, and I watched it again just recently, and it is very amusing. And Jonathan Taylor Thomas was such a cute little kid.

I love the Tomb Raider Games, and this movie is great too.

Maybe even better than the first one.

A very good movie or film if you are British. I wish I was. This film is a good movie that is sad and an excellent work of art, so to speak.

This is a good film. I think so anyway. I haven't seen it in a long time, but it successfully scared me a wee bit when I was younger. I am sure it wouldn't now though. I need to watch it again.

I love the X-Files. I really need to lengthen this review, seeing how I have seen all of the episodes of this series at least once, most more than once.

I really love this series. The film was really great. It was one of the best 1998 films, in my view. I think that they should definately make a second X-Files film. I would watch it, and then buy it on DVD. Imagine how great it would be!

If they can make this good of a film in 1998, I am sure that a 2007 or 2008 film would be twice as good, if that is even possible. My goodness, has anyone else realized how long it has been since this film came out. A long time, that is for sure.

It was definately not as good as it should have been. Over-all, it was a good film, but they did not make it as good as it had the potential to be. I have several theories as to why this is.

First of all, there were way too many things going on at once in the film, and they tried to make far too many main characters. Not every character has to really be important, but I think they made too many of them as such.

Also, I believe that they rushed way too fast through the making of this film. They filmed the second and third films at the same time, which was not nessisary. Sure, everyone was excited for the third one to be released, but I'd rather have waited another year and had the actual film be more carefully made.

I didn't like that Tia Dalma became such a big character. I liked her in the second film, but I liked her as a mysterious secondary character. I also didn't like the entire Calypso thing either. I also didn't like Jack's hallucinations. That part of the film was humorous, but it was not something that fit with the POTC films.

All in all, it was a good film, as long as this rating is not compared to what was expected out of the film. It was good, but it should have been a lot better.
