There are many great actors doing voices for this movie, which is one of the reasons that I wanted to see it, and they all do a fine job, but the movie itself has a few shortcomings. For one, the beginning gives you a lot of information all at once instead of letting the audience meet all the characters and learn about the world as we go along. Second, I know the movie was dark, but it could have been a lot darker and still be a kids movie, it was a little too bright for me. Overall, the movie had suspense, interesting and lovable characters, and a fresh plot, so I really enjoyed it despite its shortcomings. |
