2
The Return of the Living Dead (1985,  R)
The Return of the Living Dead
This movie is by far one of the best Zombie movies ever made!
Not much to say really apart from this is a great 80's horror-comedy that has the gore, laughs, horror and cheesie 80's music. What more could a horror or zombie fan want from a movie??
A true classic and i would tell anyone into this genre of movies need to go out and buy it today. You wount be disapointed

Shutter (They Are Around Us) (2004,  R)
Shutter (They Are Around Us)
Asian horror is the best! Its sick twisted and has the right amout oh gore to scare rateo going on.
Only ended up watching this movie as i see the trailer of the New Hollywood film and thought this looks shit. But i can say the Asian movie is amazing and what a great ending!!

Stephen King's It (1990,  Unrated)
Stephen King's It
I first saw this movie when i was 11. Since then i have had a huge fear of clowns. I hadnt watched this movie since then (but still owned it) just decided last night i wanted to watch it. It was just a great as i remembered it. The graphics are not great when you looking at todays moden movie and i know i normaly say i hat re-makes but this would be such a good movie to re-make. Its a long film with some dull bits and some very dodgie acting but Tim Curry (Pennywise the clown) makes the movie what it is.
This movie has one of the most scarriest bad guys i have ever seen in a horror movie. A bit of a tragic ending but S.king never knew how to finish a story witch is abit sad as its a top notch movie.

Dog Soldiers (2002,  R)
Dog Soldiers
Some dam scary Werewolves!
Great British movie that gives you action, comedy, and horror all rold into one nice neat package. Something that Hollywood find so hard to do. The Werewolves were done so well, i hate to much CGI in films so to find a moden werewolve film that doesnt use CGI on the Werewolves is like golddust. The costumes are out of this world. On of the best horror films of all time!
6
Dawn of the Dead (2004,  R)
Dawn of the Dead
George Romero has mastered hollywood zombie flicks with this film. Every horror fans dream come true. Blood, core, jumpy bits, an unhappy ending and even a zombie baby!
7
Hellraiser (1987,  R)
Hellraiser
The first and the best of the Hellraiser movies. A very good look into what hells like

Reeker (2005,  Unrated)
Reeker
This movie has one of the best twisted endings i have ever seen in a horror/ slasher movie!
There is some very poor acting from some of the cast but luckerly that doesnt spoil the film. A very creepy slasher movie with some funny bits chucked in.
A must see movie for all horror/ slasher fans out there
13
Land of the Dead (2005,  R)
Land of the Dead
George A. Romero is such a great director of Zombie movies. The best even. This is a great follow on from Dawn of the Dead film, this movie shows how the humans have cut there selfs off from the zombies in a last ditch atempt to save the human race
14
Hostel: Part II (2007,  R)
Hostel: Part II
Eli Roth has one more go at making the name Hostel feared as much as Saw is. I wasnt a huge fan of the first Hostel movie as i thought it was a tad prodicable, and had a crap ending. Well Hostel part II kicks off were Hostel ended, sorts out all the lose ties in the first few scences and movies on too the good stuff. Same sort of storyline as the first movie but this time told a little more chillingly and more real than the first.
Brutal killing scences that will shock and ofend some people, but if your a gore horror fan you will love it.
More story than gore which actualy seems to help the movie, but when there is gore its hardcore stuff.
Eli Roth hits the nail on the head with this movie as its much better than the first film.
15
Saw (2004,  R)

28 Days Later (2003,  R)
28 Days Later
There has been a outbrake of Rage in London which has now spread over the whole countrey. People being infected by bites and cross of body fluieds. The infected festing on the livings flesh and body orgons.
A great British movie done on half the budget the hollywood Zombie movies get and ten times better. Full of thrills and jumpy bits this Brit Zombie horror will be a timeless horror classic.
17
Halloween (2007,  R)
Halloween
Rob Zombie has made a great effort with this movie. As you can see from watching this movie R. Zombie is a big fan of good old Mike Myers, and like everyone else had ideas of what his upbringing was like. This movie is all about the killers childhood, great idea but could have put a little bit more thought into it. Still one of the best Halloween movies, much better then H20!
18
The Devil's Rejects (2005,  R)
The Devil's Rejects
Rob Zombie has proved to be a master at horror movie directing. This slasher, gore fest has everything you will need keep you glued to the screen and on the edge of your seat.
Havent seen a bad film by Rob Zombie yet and by the looks of this i dont think there will be one!
19
Alien (1979,  R)
Alien
Fantastic!!
One of the best if not the best sc-fi horror movie ever made!
This movie has it all. Twist and turns, frights, pure horror, and even a little gore (well robot gore anyway).
This is a movie that you must see before you die.

The Shining (1980,  R)
