I put this off for awhile, cause I thought it would be dated. Big mistake. This film is way ahead of it's time and now I see it's obvious influence on todays films. It's very short compared to Kubrick's later projects, but the story is tight. One of the best endings ever. A must see for any movie buff.

One of the funniest movies I've seen in a while. The dialogue is super witty and the cast delivers it perfectly.

Wow, if I would have paid attention to the poor ratings of this gem on here I would have overlooked it. After this garnered a few oscar noms, I decided to give it a look. What I got in return was one of the best films of 2006. Some of the material is taboo and the characters don't seem very likeble, but it feels so real and hits home in many ways. Reminded me of another indie cult hit "Happiness" for the 'dark' comedy elements. Will mostly appeal to open minded people. See it now.

My favorite Almodóvar until I saw 'Volver'. Now it's a toss up between the two magnificent films.

Samurai western.

This classic western still stands the test of time. Not only is it violent, but it's actually quite funny in some parts. I even recognized a couple character actors who were in "Three Amigos" as well. One of the best westerns ever made.

Lots of fantastic battle scenes. Not much plot, but it's never boring. Great makeup and FX as well.

Moore dosn't just make a point, he drives it home. Call him whatever you want, but he just wants to make his country a better place. I'm moving to Paris.

Technically brilliant, but it does drag along a bit and is very long. The scenes at the newspaper reminded me a little of 'All the Presidents Men'

This movie has a lot of tension and is reminiscent of 'Fargo'. There's some beautiful cinematography and good performances, but it isn't 'Fargo'. A nice return to form for the Coen bros. nonetheless.

This one is a real treat. Frank Darabont does a great job developing characters in this gem of a horror/thriller/drama. One of the funnest movies I've seen in a while and the ending is well worth it.

Great concept and the opening sequence is really awesome. The strong visual style and an interesting cast make this worth a viewing. Somewhat underrated, but the run time is a little long and some scenes should have been dropped.

I watched this one tons as a kid. This movie also introduced us to Micheal Keaton and made him a star.

There's so much going on this film. Film noir to a tee. Saw it in a theatre back in 97 and loved it.

Wildly entertaining and original. Shot on a ultra low budget, but it still moves and looks good. I laughed out loud in several parts and it has some social commentary. 'Blood Car' proves that talent and great ideas can prevail over big budget movies.

Educational and moving documentary about quad rugby players. Loved it.

My favorite Smith film since 'Chasing Amy' and probably his best overall. It has balls and heart and plenty of funny scenes.

I had been trying to find this for a while, but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I can't believe this is one of Tarantino's favorite films. The only thing that kept me interested was John Ritter, cause he's one of my favs.

One of the first movies I worked on. Nothing really happens, but there's a couple interesting shots.

Some fantastic camera work and sound design really help sell this gem of a film. A masterpiece for the vampire genre that had me saying 'wow, that was incredible' many times while viewing. I strongly recommend this one,

Nice little homage to 70's/80's slasher flicks.

Nice return to the 'horror' genre for Sam Raimi. Fun and shocking with well placed sound cues make this an amazing theater experience.

If this is Eastwood's final appearance in front of the camera.......job well done. Some performances and plotting are a little on the nose, but Clint's 'Walt' keeps the film going till the very end. Fitting ending to Eastwood's acting career.

The weakest of Park''s vengeance trilogy(IMO), but still a good watch.
