Very entertaining and interesting, with a unique surprise ending! Defintely not your average murder mystery.

Yes, it really is as awesome as everyone says it is. Amazing fight sequences and gorgeous scenery, just an all-around massively enjoyable epic. Even the acting is better than in Sin City, which had a bigger and more accomplished cast.

Not really the teen comedy that the trailers make it out to be - it's more of a romance with funny parts, but a good romance. The performances worked well and the characters (along with some 80's nostalgia) drew me in. To me it felt very much like Dazed and Confused with the added bonus of getting to watch people who hate their jobs work at an amusement park.

No wonder this movie went over budget and took a while to finish, almost every scene is epic and visually exquisite. I would definitely recommend it to Terry Gilliam fans or anyone who enjoys imaginative fantasy.

Beautiful film that gets you thinking about the value of life and happiness.

Whether you like music or not, this is an excellent film

Probably my favourite movie of all time. It's just so wonderful and magical.

This is extremely interesting, entertaining, and funny. Definitely a must-see if you enjoy Kevin Smith and/or his DVD commentaries, or if you like hearing behind-the-scenes anecdotes or are interested in the business.

Minus half a star for being a little confusing at times, but otherwise it's quite an achievement in filmmaking.

Some very funny moments, a great and largely capable cast, and some important messages about family and relationships.

The trailers are misleading - If you're expecting a big fantasy adventure, this movie is more like My Girl than Narnia. However it's engrossing to watch these kids play with their imaginations as an escape from life. I didn't really buy the bullies' cliche dialogue and seemingly unmotivated behaviour, but I enjoyed the rest of the film and Zooey Deschanel makes an awesome music teacher.

I loved it, the plot twist was predictable but it's so enjoyable to watch, fascinating in the same way that Saw has you eager to see what sadistic traps are waiting for the next victims.

Always great to see another sci-fi film out there, this one is only about 20 years in the future so it feels a lot more probable. Excellent performances and some really touching scenes as well. If you appreciate long takes full of well-executed action, you'll love this movie.

Original, imaginative, and visually pleasing.

Cute movie. It borrows a couple of things from Terminator, but I like to think this movie is what Terminator would be like had it been a romantic comedy instead of an action blockbuster.

A very cool idea, well executed and tons of fun. I think the most important thing we're meant to take from it (even though no one will) is that we can achieve more by working with others rather than against them.

Charlie Kaufman is a brilliant scriptwriter, and this film is genius

I loved it, excellent writing that brings out a great cast of quirky characters, a lot of good performances too but I think it was Debra Winger who stole the show as the stuck up, control freak sister/aunt. Also sprinkled with some geniunely funny and sweet moments to make one of those movies that is so enjoyable you don't want it to end.

Wow, this movie blew me away! It's not for the squeamish, but it is original and great fun. I loved the ending too!

Watching this a second time, I realized it's even more brilliant than I originally thought. There's so much yet it doesn't feel overstuffed, it really goes into every possible situation regarding this new technology so that we get the full scope of the philosophical and moral implications of it. On another level it also mirrors the filmmaking process (namely editing and screening) and the old objective vs. subjective debate. Some strong performances by the main actors too, although I have to say that most of the minor actors were sub-par. Watching this makes me feel a litle depressed because it reminds you of your own mortality and shameful deeds, but it's definitely worth watching.

It's a good movie, but I think it got overhyped. There are way better Pixar films.

Really funny and enjoyable, but I don't understand Russell Brand's popularity surge after the release of this movie. I thought he was the weakest part.

Extraordinarily beautiful film with powerful performances from Jackman and Weisz. Great to see something original for a change too.

Could have been funnier but I guess they spent too much time on the intricate plot. However it's still entertaining and will probably please fans.

I didn't find it that funny, and there is a very graphic sex scene that was off-putting, but it is otherwise an entertaining film.

I like Chungking Express and 2046 better, but still a great film.

Amazing animation, fun action, interesting story, plus I just like superhero movies.

Classic Tarantino, reinventing a genre while paying tribute to it. Brad Pitt may be the advertised lead but it felt like no one dominated the movie in terms of screen time. As for acting I think Pitt seemed too exaggerated, like someone doing an impression of a southern accent rather than someone who actually has one. The real standout performances go to Christoph Waltz as a slimy, tension-increasing Nazi and Diane Kruger as a German actress with a hidden agenda.

I guess it wasn't really anything groundbreaking, but it was interesting. I liked the performances and the concept of having the same actresses play multiple generations of a family.

Great movie and a wonderful performance by Amy Adams. Although to be honest it probably wouldn't be half as good without her character in it.

Very original and thought-provoking.

The only thing that bothered me about this film was that I kept finding some of the generic biopic elements that were parodied in Walk Hard. It ruined the drama slightly, but otherwise a good movie. Marion definitely deserved her Oscar!

The best part of the movie is probably the beautiful visuals. The second best part is Tim Curry as the villain. Other than those two things it doesn't really stand out much for me.

Funny, stylish, entertaining, great cast...

So wonderful, and even though this is a holocaust movie, it's very charming and even funny at times!

I was expecting almost non-stop laughs and they didn't come as often as I thought, but what's there is funny and the dramatic moments are gripping and emotional. Flawless movie, funny and sweet with excellent performances.

A great classic, especially if you're a kid! I watched this many times when I was little and still love it!

Hilarious! I would recommend it to fans of The Office, not just because of Jenna Fischer, but because it has a lot of that "so offensive it's funny" type of humour. I think the DVD is only available online, but it's totally worth it.

I thought this might be like Austin Powers, but disappointingly it was not. There are a couple of chuckles but much of the humour is just bad physical comedy and puns, and maybe that's what Austin Powers is too but it works better there than here. And no, Justin Timberlake still can't act. Having him play a character with an accent was just adding insult to injury.

I loved it, Fred Willard is hilarious and Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara create some sweet moments together. Perhaps they could have used a few more jokes though, but it's still quite enjoyable.

I'm happy to say it does have the feel of a Wong Kar Wai film, although it is somewhat Americanized (and I'm not just talking about the actors.) Good performances from the cast, and Norah Jones was not terrible but not outstanding either. Decent job for an acting debut though.

Disturbing yet interesting. Robin Williams gives an excellently creepy performance that will probably make you afraid of letting someone else develop your photos.

I was expecting more of a rich and imaginative fantasy film but this is more of a sad and dramatic wartime tale with some fantasy sequences. However it's very effective and lovingly crafted.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. It's dark but funny, and Evan Rachel Wood was flawless.

Adam Sandler in a surprisingly good dramatic performance as a character that all losers and underdogs can identify with

Wonderful film, sometimes almost painful to watch because this poor guy can't catch a break, but I guarantee you'll be rooting for him the whole time. Great performances too, even Will Smith's son was excellent.

Lots of fun, action, and humour, even if you're not a fan of the Firefly series

Very nice looking imagery with a big cast and awesome characters! There are cheesy, unbelievable parts, but they're supposed to be there. It's a comic book movie, not a documentary.

It has that typical indie movie feel, but I love indie movies. Amy Adams and Emily Blunt were especially good.

This was a lot of fun and really funny. I found the humour somewhat similar to recent episodes of South Park in the way that it takes stupid and ridiculous situations and exaggerates them to a satirically dramatic level.

Big kudos to Tommy Lee Jones for both his directing and his performance here. Interesting story, beautifully told, and just an excellent film all around.

I think Blue was on TV a week or two ago but I missed it... Hope I can catch Red!

Great concept; sometimes the split-screen thing is frustrating because the sound alternates and you can see the dialogue you're missing. However, the great thing about having this on DVD is that it lets you choose which screen to hear, so you can watch once for each screen and get all four viewpoints in their entireties.

Points for uniqueness.

The ending seemed a bit rushed to me, as if Shyamalan had to finish things up real quick because the movie was getting too long, but this is otherwise an interesting and entertaining film if you go along with it.

Kind of like Saw but without the torture. Ending has like three plot twists but could have done with just two. Mostly enjoyable though.

Not as good as Amelie, but still a wonderful and excellent film.

Very charming script and characters. Except for Jeremy Sisto's character. I've never wanted to punch someone in the face so badly.

This is how parodies should be made, not that stupid Date Movie/Epic Movie crap.

Always great to see something new being done. Pixar almost never disappoints.
