The Legend (Fong Sai Yuk)
The lightest of all Jet Li films - a mix of ridiculous 'wire-fu', farce, and romance. As Mother Fong, Josephine Siao displays a remarkable ability to be imperious and goofy at the same time. Highly recommended.

This is the best Danny Boyle's movie I ever watched than Trainspotting because it has brilliant romantic comic fantasy with Ewan McGregor and Cameron Diaz. I don't care how disappointment this movie is from the other reviewers.

Little Black Book (2004,  PG-13)
Little Black Book
Brittany Murphy was quite funny in this comedy film, but Holly Hunter was the best one since "Broadcast News".
33
Little Man Tate (1991,  PG)

Jodie Foster's debut film as director is a delightful, bitter-sweet tale of an ill-educated single mother with a child prodigy for a son. Fascinating for its insight into such children, the film's also frequently funny.

Looking for Alibrandi
Terrific comedy of an Italian-Australian schoolgirl's life with her relationships and fantasties that reminds me from my favourite US TV series' Ally McBeal. Pia Miranda does an excellent performance in this Aussie cult film.

Not bad tale of 1950s Brooklyn 'gang' of four cool, young rebels.
43
Lord of the Flies (1990,  R)
Lord of the Flies
I read William Golding's powerful novel when I was a Year 9 student. In this film version, they're know-all American military cadets, not English schoolboys from the following novel.
44
The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring (2001,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring
This is magnificent adventure-fantasy film director Peter Jackson made at his own country. It looks more exciting with battles and magically between the goods and evils that is better than 1978's animated film.
45
The Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers (2002,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers

Lust, Caution (Se jie)
Newcomer Chinese actress Wai Tang makes a quite extraordinary in the role of Wong Chia Chi in this Chinese war-drama film. A beautifully rendered, long but ultimately satisfying story of betrayal and revenge in an uneasy setting of wartime paranoia. And the sexuality explicit scenes made me grow so hot and horny.
53
Lucky Number Slevin (2006,  R)
Lucky Number Slevin
Great crime thriller and bit hilarious of the gangsters and assassins. When I found out at the final scene that what has happened from the beginning scene, it was an excellent mystery of Josh Hartnett's character.
54
Live Free or Die Hard (2007,  PG-13)
Live Free or Die Hard
Extremely exciting action as well as Bruce Willis made his return old action hero character more better than the original Die Hard series. It's like old times while John McClune however bashed up and bloodied again, remains as unflappably indestructible as the Roadrunner. Fantastic action effects and stunts that surprised me.
