Lost In Translation
I think this is probably my all-time favorite movie, definitely top 5. It's so sad, yet funny, and touching, with brilliant performances by Johannson and Murray. I love this film.
2
Pleasantville (1998,  PG-13)
Pleasantville
One of my favorites. This film really suprised me. It's very funny, which I expected, but it's also deeply moving, and touching. It could even be argued that the movie is a statement about communism, facism, conservativism, censorship, and just 50s in the USA in general. This film works on so many levels: i love it!

Me and You and Everyone We Know
A masterpiece. I am in love with this film. I've never seen a movie so poetic and simple, beautiful and daring. I can honestly say I did not want it to end. I wanted to continue living with these characters, who seem so much like real people, people I would like to know. I utterly love this film.
