Jacob's Ladder
A pity that I have not seen this film when it was originally broadcasted: it is sure a lot of modern films take ideas from this debate among real life or dream. So, at 90s, it was surely much more impressive.

I have decided not to include Citizen Kane or Blade Runner, but their ends could be considered twisted ones too

for me a movie with a bizare ending was "The Departed"...even though I don't like seeing mobsters killing each other, I decided to watch this movie judging by its cast and plot...but again, I didn't quite get the ending...it's a very subjective opinion...anyway, keep up the good work, and I'll try to come up with suplimentary info that could get your list closer to perfection...see ya
