Brokeback Mountain (2005,  R)
Brokeback Mountain 5.0 Stars
I've watched this film more times than any other films in my life. It's a life-long love story, told so beautifully, delicately, slowly... The scenery in the Canadian mountains is breath-taking and Heath and Jake are both superb in their roles.

The Dark Knight (2008,  PG-13)
The Dark Knight 5.0 Stars
It was DARK, the special effects were AWESOME and HL was BRILLIANT! The way he stuck out his tongue... and many of his lines... Speaking of which, do you know how I got these scars? Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You just couldn't let me go could you? This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. It's simple, we, uh, kill the Batman. Wanna know how I got these scars? Indeed, Why So Serious?

Ta-daa! It's... gone!

10 Things I Hate About You (1999,  PG-13)
10 Things I Hate About You 5.0 Stars
My favourite romantic comedy, I really like Julia Stiles there and of course, Heath Ledger.

I hate the way you talk to me,
and the way you cut your hair.
I hate the way you drive my car,
I hate it when you stare.
I hate your big dumb combat boots
and the way you read my mind.
I hate you so much it makes me sick,
it even makes me rhyme.
I hate the way you?re always right,
I hate it when you lie.
I hate it when you make me laugh,
even worse when you make me cry.
I hate it when you're not around,
and the fact that you didn't call.
But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you,
not even close?
not even a little bit?
not even at all.

It was funny and bizarre, besides, who could resist Sir Ulrich von Lichtenstein of Gelderland and Geoffrey Chaucer ;)

Casanova (2005,  R)
Casanova 4.0 Stars
What can I say? There were some very funny places, undoubtedly my favourite being "My Lady says the pig must stay outside, but the animal, we'll take." And Heath was as dazzling as always! Besides, I didn't know that Charlie Cox was playing there until I saw him and that was a pleasant surprise :)

The Four Feathers (2002,  PG-13)
The Four Feathers 3.5 Stars
I have to admit I'm a bit biased as Heath was in it and his acting was amazing. The desert was spectacular as well, but otherwise, there were bits that weren't quite believable.

Dark, sad, brutal, good. Excellent acting. You have to be in the right mood to watch it though, because it might turn out to be a bit too depressing.

Very deep and sad, towards the inevitable end. To quit or not to quit. Such a difficult choice.

The Brothers Grimm (2005,  PG-13)

Why did it remind me of Sleepy Hollow at some point? Only with the exception that Sleepy Hollow is SO much better. I'm not denying it was funny though :)

Ned Kelly (2004,  R)
Ned Kelly 1.5 Stars
It was just full of pointless shooting, mud, rain and quite lousy acting. Ned Kelly reminded me of Heath in Brokeback Mountain and The Four Feathers a bit, only FF was some much better, not to mention BBM. And what was the deal with those ridiculous beards?

I didn't understand that film at all. I agree that Cate Blanchett did terrific job and that it's an exceptional film, but but but still, I didn't buy it.
