Very funny and sweet too. Also the music is very good plus Heath Ledger is quite alright too lol.

Kinda bland

I had this movie for over a year before I finally got round to watching it and when I did it was because I was having a clear-out of DVDs and I was really really expecting to not like this and put it straight in the "to go" pile afterwards. Didn't happen. I was actually really surprised at how good it was - why did I leave it so long?? Meant to tidy my room while I watched it - that never happened either - I was hooked from the first scene it was that good. Really interesting story and the acting was amazing - have to agree - one of Nicholas Cage's best performances here. Pleasantly surprised at this film - it was veery enjoyable to watch - just try and explain the story to someone else though when you're explaining how good it is - now that's a nightmare!! lol :D

This movie is so darn cute. I love Belldandy's angel and when they sing it's so pretty. The story was really good as well, it's just a real feel good kind of film and the animation of course is awesome as well!

Great film, very twisty, turney at the end! Loved the "pass the asparagus" bit that totally cracked me up!! lol and eyebrow guy aka Wes Bentley is hot!

Absolutely fantastic movie. One of the best I have ever seen. The acting was fantastic as was the story. Even though it was sometimes a bit hard to watch I still couldn't look away from it.

Such a cute little movie - hard to believe it's not Disney lol, it's very like one of theirs - it even has all the cute little songs!

I think I understood it - think so anyway. You really have to pay attention to this film though - it's one you would have to be in the mood for and I'm not so sure I was so maybe if I watch it again I'll look better at it who knows. The animation style though I'll admit was very cool - that put my rating up a bit but the ending was quite depressing I must say :(

I know the first one is supposed to be the best but I like this one most out of the three!

This has to be the weirdest film I have ever seen! It's so weird I still don't even know if i actually liked it or not. Insane!!

Quite different from most disney films but still really good. The story was really good but slightly darker than usual - the ending especially! The animation is not so great but it is really old so can't complain too much it just bothered me slightly sometimes - especially when colours changed sometimes but apart from that minor annoyance I really liked it! :)

I want to like this film but I just can't really, it was just kinda boring. Too slow and nothing really seemed to happen much which left me feeling confused trying to figure out what I was missing.

Just a classic, not very historically acurate (slight understatement there) but a great movie!

Was a bit disappointed with this. It wasn't really what I was expecting at all. It was really well done don't get me wrong, interesting story, good acting, lots of twists and turns and all that but it's just not really my kind of movie and I couldn't really get into it. I like movies where I like the characters you know and I really didn't particulary like anyone in this, couldn't sympathise or care too much about what was going on with them. But like I said, that's just me and apart from that it was good and it makes me wish that i did like it more than i do if that makes sense lol.

Actually in love with this film!!! It's so cute!! I love Jake Gyllenhaal, he's such a sweetie in this!! This has now been added to my favourite movies! Only one teeny tiny little thing that did annoy me mostly throughout - why was his hair like that, why? WHY??

It's a bit slow at first but once you get into it, it's alright.

Absolutely beautiful movie - wonderful characters and story and the music is lovely too - I wouldn't expect anything less from Studio Ghibli! Amazing! :)

Another really great film from Studio Ghibli - shock horror! lol And yet though I did enjoy it, it wasn't quite up to par with the rest. It just seemed rather abrupt at times and a little rushed compared to other Ghibli movies - it all happened so quickly and then it was just suddenly over just like that! But apart from that small blip - it was still really good so still gets 4 stars and a happy face :) hehehe

Great movie! The endings quite sad but it suits it. It's a good ending.

Shia Labeouf is actually an awesome actor!! <3 lol this film is really good though. It starts off amazingly well and then it keeps you going the whole way through. I love how it manages to be serious but kind of funny at the same time. But I knew he was right all along though!! Hehehe

Love this film - it's so funny. Matt Damon is such a cutie and Jay and Silent Bob are excellent!

A bit strange, but it's very good the way it's set out - makes you focus more on the story and acting than the background(because there isn't any).

An alright movie but the ending was a bit of a let down.

A good, fun film. Good for whiling a way time, not one you have to concentrate on.
