My Personal Movie Collection

This is the first movie I ever saw with Ewan McGregor and from start to finish I thought he was amazing! The story was great - the characters flawed and richly detailed. Utterly quite perfect!

For fans of Ewan, Christian Bale, and Johnathan Rhys-Meyers.

Even though I love this movie, I can't watch it because I can't deal with their tragic love story.

Another of Ewan's best!

I love Ewan and he was great in this.

While the storyline is slow it's beautifully filmed. And Ewan's character was intriguing.

As always, Ewan was great. Renee and Emily weren't so bad either. I just wish Ewan had more screen time.

Ewan in an British surfer movie? I had to have it, even if he has a small part in an otherwise fairly amusing movie.

Visually interesting, not the best story.

Aww man, after seeing this movie I wanted to be the Spartan Queen, kill a bunch of people standing by my King and then go home and enjoy myself. Harruh, Harruh!

I like they way the writers returned to the original poem, weaving in the history of the story while adding more ambiguity to both Beowulf and Grendel's actions. I thought it was quite original.

I prefer the stage version, but Gerard Butler was great as the phantom. I'd follow him any where.

I needed more Gerry, but his character was heroic like always. And believe it or not, Paul Walker wasn't half as bad as he normally is.

This is great even if it was just a voice over.

I love Johnny the most when he's at his darkest moments.

Johnny was great, but I needed to see more the Ripper.

What Shaun of the Dead did for zombie movies, this does the same for buddy cop movies and yet remains throughly English! Loved it!

A great tribute to Romero that's equally gross, poignant and funny.

Nearly perfect homage to the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies, it frightenly stands alone as a great movie. I admit it grew on me after repeated viewings.

I loved the way they extended Clive Barker's novella. It was great.

This movie rocks!
