My Top 10 Favorite Action-Adventure Movies

A ride I'll never forget.

I thought this was the most amazing movie when it came out. Forget the low budget, it rocks your world.

About the scariest thing I've ever seen in the theatre. What a ride.

Harrison Ford. Tommy-Lee Jones. Excellent story. Can't beat it.

After recently reading a most excellent version of this tale to my family, we found it necessary to make this purchase. We were not disappointed. Of course, all critics rate this film very highly and I can see why.

There's so much to praise -- the technicolor. Basil Rathbone, Olivia deHavilland, and (of course) the perfect Robin Hood of all time, Errol Flynn.

We were surprised at the humor and how non-dated it is. It's hard to remember that this was made in 1937. Swashbuckling indeed! And perfectly cast. We longed for another 2 hours.

Dang, this is fun. Jack Sparrow is now a movie icon, but Geoffrey Rush really does it for me.

I never realized what a very good actor Antonia Bendaras is (And they used an actual Spaniard! YAY!) He is amazing whether brooding, serious, charming, or comedic. Of course it's fun, but a lot funnier than I remembered. I love Zeta Jones and Hopkins as well. Wilson, too. Highly recommended and better than Guy Williams. Sorry.
