Set in the 23rd century, humans live in a huge domed city, locked away from the world outside. They live only for pleasure, and must submit to carrousel the night before their 30th birthday. I love how Logan and Jessica, who find a way out of the city, return to get the others out. |

Planet of the Apes (1968, PG)
I watched this one again last night (2 December 2009), for the second time. I loved it. I think this one is better than the 2001 version in many ways, although it is rather creepy how Taylor finds out he was on Earth all along (The first time I watched this movie was just after 9/11). Did you know there are several sequels? |
