Iv'e been wanting to see this for ages and i gota say it was worth it,for those of you who enjoyed The Departed & Donnie Brasco you'll most likley enjoy this one .
It's based on the true story of Joseph D.Pistone (Donnie Brasco)obviously not as in depth as the other movie,but still a remarkable story with a great cast performances.

superb movie

set in Australia a young boy is sent to share a house with his auntie who is 22,so he can attend his new college.she shares the house with another friend Niomi,after a while of living together they both develop a crush on Niomi,an interesting film,and some great characters especially the weird landlord ,i liked it.

Duncan Shorter lives in a small town with his buddies he went to high school with,they are all growing up and have jobs and responsibilities now,except Duncan who can't seem to hold a job down.Whilst visiting his sick Grandpa he takes a job in his building as a handyman to be closer,their he meets his grandpas nurse,when it's time for her to leave town Duncan realises he has to make a choice either move on or get left behind in the past.Enjoyable watch great performances Joshua Jackson &Juliette Lewis star.

this was a great story robert downey jr was great in it.he leaves to make a better life for himself but his father never forgives him really.

Cillian Murphy does a great job playing transvestite Patrick'Kitten' Braden on a search for the phantom lady his mother he never knew.
Started out a real fun movie but the subject turned quite serious, still a good movie.

this was one of those movies that i had always wanted to see but never got round to it,so what the hell thought i would go for the 3hr Directors cut,some of the shots in the movie were visualy great but the story did drag,i found myself totally intruiged though and had to watch on.Betty finds love with a lone man Zorg soon they become inseprable as days go buy Zorg notices Betty's uncontrolable rages,in time she begins to spiral out of control,can zorg rescue his love?

all about the exporting of the ilegal diamond trade between countries and what lengths they go to ,very harsh at times,Decaprio gives a great performance.not one i would normally watch,but glad i did kept me interested,overall a good movie.

great action packed movie

this was a funny story line,thank god my mother isn't like that.Diane Keaton plays the mother of 3 girls 2 of them married off already but the 3rd one has troubles in that department ,the mother thinks it would be a great idea if she finds a partner for her 3rd daughter by adversing on the net,needless to say things don't go to plan.This was ok but I must admit Diane Keaton actually got on my nerves would have been a blt better casting someone else in her role.

Don't normally go for this sort of movie just reminded me of Battle Royale so thought i would give it a watch.
Turns out it wasn't to bad,10 guys get thrown on to an island to battle it out the winner gets to go free,all of the players being death row criminals,obviously things backfire for the guy who set the operation up.was ok.

im not a bond fan but this was quite good.

tells the story through each persons perspective of how they are connected to the dead girl,first the stranger who finds the body,then the sister,then the wife of the murderer,then the mother,and to end the dead girls story,though none of them ever meet they all play a part in the story.Dark and depressing ,but i thought the performances were great with what they were given i liked it.

wierd one

Duane Hopwood has everything he ever wanted a loving wife and 2 amazing daughters,that is until he decides he would much rather be drunk,his wife divorces him and stops his visitation rites pretty depressing stuff but a good performance from David Schwimmer,he finally realises when it's too late and loses everything he ever loved.

great cast all a bit younger back then i loved this movie was hillarious.

we all no where ugly betty came from ,not a bad movie.

Visually a great movie but personally i think the story lacked depth,it's told in three parallels focusing on love,death,spirituality &existence.The story starts in the 16th century and entwindes into the present day while also shows the traveline in to the 26th century in deep space.wasn't bad but i wouldn't recommend it sadly it didn't keep me interested!!

Was ok a pity it was the imaginary story,would have been so much more interesting to see what here life was really about ,they havn't done a bad job in guessing ,some strange characters you could see why she was totally drawn to them coming from a place were she previously was in her family life i enjoyed it,not to everybodys taste.watch High Art a much better movie.

Foster in an early role very punk 70's era story of 4 girls defending for themselves and looking out for one another,about life,love,&death. not bad

A wealthy music producer lives with his girlfriend Laura who is 30 years younger than him even though they are comfortable Laura feels isolated & lonely.Alans older son decides to come home after a long abscence(michael).he immediatly starts a dangerous affair with Laura,on his leaving Laura comes to a decision that will change her life forever.i enjoyed this movie was slow paced but worth watching.

was ok didn't really hold my interest maybe watch it again and take more notice.

Four women who have been friends forever discover that having money really doesn't make you happy in love and life,interesting movie doesn't really finish every story off but i think you realise at the end they finally understand what needs to be done in their lifes,great cast enjoyable movie .

Not a bad movie,light on the comedy more focused on the drama,some quite serious stuff in places,enjoyable worth a viewing.

Wasn't that impressed,this movie pretty much sucked but thats my opinion not a huge fan of stupid comedy .

Set in the 80's tells a story of a group of young lads attending their last term of school before their all inportant interviews for college,their teacher however is a bit lacking in the new teaching methods needed to help these boys along.the one thing not so good is his constant groping of the boys,which they have learned to just laugh at and not really take him seriously,having been found out he is asked to retire early.
In enters a new teacher much younger and smarter than the previous,but through their teaching the boys realise that both of them teach an important lesson about life,full of great 80's tracks and school crushes,was pretty funny movie.

Adapted from the Anne Holm's Novel'North to Freedom'David a 12yr old boy has grown up not knowing the world outside the concentration camp,when his is given the chance to escape he takes it ,his only instructions are to deliver a sealed letter to Copenhagen,Denmark.not knowing the world around him David has to learn how to blend in,and even learn how to smile.apart from being a great movie also has an excellent music score which really adds to the emotion.

just happened to catch this one on tv the other day,really enjoyed it ,has a great cast to top performance from Harvey Keitel quite a gentle role for him and Fairuza Balk stole the movie,she plays a young teenage girl in the 60's who has to deal with the loss of her mother to cancer whilst trying to raise her younger sister who hasn't spoken since then,Keitel plays the Father figure who has big dreams of making money but unfortunately none of them ever lead anywhere,in desperation he cons his way into making money from scams but they soon catch up with him,worth watching if u come across it.

i have this but not watched it yet.

David Arquette gave a great performance as a street hustler trying to make it on the boulevard.i enjoyed this not for everyone's taste but worth watching if u like that sort of thing.

A sci-fi writer is drawn in to a deadly trap by one of his fans.
After the mysterious death of his fiance he realises someone is copying the story from his first novel Bloody Sunday.
Not a big budget movie no big movie stars either was ok killed time i suppose .

a school decides they will no longer except their principals punishment stragedy,suspending people for normal behavior eg..a couple of the same sex kissing,a girl handing out free condoms to promote safe sex etc,the list goes on,i didn't realise when i watched this movie that it was based on actual events.At the end of the movie u get to hear from some of the actual students who were involved.a good movie i enjoyed it.

a family takes a road trip from Albuquerque to California so their daughter Olive can enter the Little Miss Sunshine pageant.
On their travels things don't turn out according to plan,nice little movie about a family who pull together to overcome obsticles ,have to add that allthough it was a good movie still don't see why it won awards iv'e seen much better!!.

a slow paced movie but a good look at how one person tries to deal with having to move back home knowing in his parents eyes he has failed,directed by Steve Buscemi.

not really one that i would recommend nothing special about it in any way,i was tricked by the review and the cover,set in the mountains a small girl looks for the sin eater to try and rid herself of guilt for the accidental death of her sister,the main role goes to Cadi Forbes the 10 year old and a friend she meets by the river,have to say the Welsh accent was just terrible,and the movie just dragged over the same subject ,i actually watched it in 3 sections cus it bored me that much ,i thought it would maybe get better towards the end but no luck their either.

Things arn't what they seem in this suburban town, the main story focuses on an affair that the couple embark on,the film brings in different characters from their neighbourhood some good,some bad,kinda had an American Beauty feel(but English)nowhere near as good though,it had it's moments.

only thought i would check this out as am a fan or Drew Barrymore,poor story,poor everything really big dissapointment Hugh Grant singing leaves a lot to be desired ,def not a fav.

I think if anyone else apart from Nikki Reed had played Mini it wouldn't have been half as interesting,Mini likes to be the first to try new things but she goes a bit to far this time by sleeping with her stepfather,all she needs to do now is get rid of her mother.
This film deffinately had it's moments of goodness maybe a little slow paced but deserves a watch.

A great psychological thriller grippin story had me thinking all sorts of theory's,but by the end i realised all of them were wrong.
Jim Carrey's performance was quite believable as Walter Sparrow or should i say Fingerling.I swear had me counting numbers for the rest of the day lol.great movie highly recommend it to watch.

Sean Bean plays an ex army guy who returns home to find his wife is living with another man,unhappy about the way things have changed around him he meets up with a few like minded people who in one way or another have been terrorised by yobs or crimal gangs and even the corrupt law enforcement.
Together they become the Outlaws and take the law into theeir own hands.a good idea for a movie but it could have been put together a bit better also the camera work was in and out of focus,i suppose this was to create an atmosphere but to me it just looked bad,.apart from this was a pretty good watch,also stars Danny Dyer.

Sandra Bullock plays a housewife who finds out her husband has been killed in a car crash only to wake the next day to find him alive ,a muddled beginning but towards the end of the movie things become clear,is it possible to change someones destiny however much you love them?great movie once you get your head around it .

Was ok bit overated i think was a slow build up,i thought the story would be better if continued for a bit after he got his wealth,true story also.

this was a bit of fun Jeff Bridges plays a great performance as the hard nosed coach teaching at an elite gymnastics academy,made me laugh a few times was ok.

rom-com about finding your true love and excepting them even if they are a different race,a woman is pushed by her family to find a black partner and defies her freinds and family and falls for her gardner who just so happens to be white,funny movie but with some serious issues .loved it.same woman who stars in Love and Basketball,another great movie.

Bit of a sullen subject for a movie but the performance from Sigourney Weaver was excellent as usual,she plays a mature lady who suffers from autism her only real friend being her daughter who stays from time to time.
On her way to visit her mother she excepts a lift from a guy she meets at a cafe an accident occurs and kills her instantly while the guy walks away without a scratch,feeling overwhelmed with guilt he visits her mother to explain but obviously she dosn't understand.This movie really shows how having autism effects your everyday life .great film.

Only thing worth watching this movie for was the eye candy Juan Pablo Di Pace,apart from that not a lot more to say about it ,i did enjoy watching Billy Zane's character lose the plot,and his wife lol,worth watching if you really can't find anything else to see.

i would have watched this for the cast alone ,Kip Paradu,shannyn Sossamon,Pell James,Steven Strait(looking a lot different than in the Covenant)but even better it actually had a great story that kept me entertained too.
Nothing new about the plot ,struggling musician trying to make it big in L.A meets the girl of his dreams on the day he is leaving the city,as luck has it they meet up again in a new city,but will feeling still be the same,enjoyable movie with some great music too.

was quite good enjoyed it.
