Art School Confidential
Well, firstly: Anjelica Huston has roughly two lines. How can they call her a star? The movie was very odd. I liked it in a way. Perhaps some of it went over my head. Perhaps I'm not understanding some weird symbolism. It was alright.

Atonement
Excellent movie. Excellent story, acting, score, costuming, color, etc. Very good.

The Royal Tenenbaums
I've been wanting to see this for a little while so I went ahead and got it off Amazon used. It's obviously a very different movie, and some storylines (like the Margot and Richie being in love part) did not appeal to me. But I enjoyed the movie over all. Gene Hackman performed very well.

An Unmarried Woman
A slow moving, but relatively enjoyable film. I don't know I would have nominated it for Best Picture. Maybe in it's day. But I adore Jill Clayburgh and Kelly Bishop so I had to see it.
