Recommended movies

What can I say..I enjoyed this movie and others like it-guilty pleasures! It's silly and gross at times, but pretty funny, too. Highlights were Eddie Murphy acting as 'Mr. Wong' and as always Eddie Griffin as 'Pope Sweet Jesus'.

I've but can't remember much of it. Must see again

Loved this movie! Very heart-wrenching!Adam Sandler proves he can be a very versitle actor.
A movie about two men who used to be college roommates. Charlie lost his family in the 9/11 plane crash and is now suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome. While Alan, who has a successful Denistry business, has no time for himself and feels smoothered. Both men help one another through life problems.

I usually like Diane Keaton..but her character was too involved in her daughters life-bossy and over-protective. Put me in mind of several other movies I've seen..ie 'Hanging-up'(they seem to always be on the cell), 'Monster-in-law'(Mother not liking daughter's choice in men) and a few others. There were a few laughs. Not a DVD I care to buy, but worth a rental.

Excellent movie! A true story of how a small town and college gets through the massive loss of their entire football team-by continuing to play football. Great performances by Matthew McConaughey, Matthew Fox and David Strathaim.

A man journeys into insanity.... finding out the truth along the way! Getting to see a dark side of Jim Carrey..interesting.

A wife finds out her husband was in a fatal car crash. Wakes up the next day to find out he's still alive. Is this a dream? It's a race against time to try and save him...though you can't cheat death! Did not care for the ending. Reminded me of 'Final Destination'.

Have not seen the original,,so don't have that to compare to. I was not that impressed by this movie. Not creepy..more gross than anything else! Interesting cast!

What an epic movie! How 300 soldiers stood up to armies, never fearing their ultimate death and, protecting all they believed in. Visually stunning~

Mark Wahlberg plays, Bob Lee Swagger, a retired Marine with one last job: to stop a sniper from assassinating the president. But, it's a set-up and he has to prove his innocence. Wahlberg is very believable in his role. Good to see 'ol Ned Beatty in the movie....and during one part I caught myself thinking of Ned in the movie 'Deliverance'!

Have seen only parts of this movie..need to watch again
