Based on Clive Barker's Novella "The Hellbound Heart". As with most book to movies, things change but the basic story isn't lost here. The movie that started...."Hey ....who is that guy with the pins in his head?" and thus a franchise is born. I'm a huge fan of all the Hellraiser movies...this is the one that started it all and changed Horror movies forever. |

Hellbound: Hellraiser 2 (1988, R)
This is my all time favorite out of the Hellraiser series....let alone my Fav Horror movie. This movie gives us a little teaser on the fact that the Cenobites were human .......it goes more into the Mythology of the whole Hellraiser world. |
