Ahhh, the Monkees on TV were great!! They were the Usa reply to the Beatles ' movies. A great band too. They released boss songs such I'm not your steppin' stone and I'm a believer. The Monkees had bad fame during 70s...a fake band, no musicians etc... IT WASN'T TRUE!!!! I have friends from Australia who standed at their gigs there and the Monkees were true musicians. Ok, they've been helped or substituted during their own recording sessions, but actually it was quite a 'rule'. The session men (think about J.Page) were very popular in UK during the 60s era... |

Somehow it's a good movie, but it's not the best for a fan of italian 'DARK COMICS'. The story is wellknown: Bava hadn't green light from De Laurentiis to put in the gore and the sadistic mood of early stories of Diabolik. Censors were very strong against those dirty comics. |

Nice post 68 movies, it has great moment of fun and sex (a threesome night with S.Tate and Ottavia Piccolo...whatta a luck that man!) .Wells and V.De Sica are guest star for some funny Cameos. Explosive ending: barber com back to his shop, no money...no honey... but he has the secret (a secret for him too) to grew up the hairs .. and everybody's around they get a CAVEMEN style.... |
