Tearjerkers

I cried my heart out! and fell in love with Christian Slater's character.

This movie moved me to a point that I cannot describe. I can't bear to imagine having the knowledge that I am going to die and being able to cope with that. Let alone not telling my family and children. The Main character, Anne, in this movie was beyond couragious. She took the news of her death in a way I would never have expected. She accepted it and lived her last months for her children. Giving them no knowledge of her fatal illness. She made sure that their last few months with her were full of fun and laughter and love. She knew that if she told her children, that her last few months would be a time of sorrow. Sarah Polley is an incredible actress and this film left a gap in my heart. There's little more that I can say.

This was a very powerful and moving film. The 5 Academy Awards in won were well deserved. This film moved me to tears expecially the park where the father takes his son for a walk and explains to him why they can't be together anymore and why he won't be able to read him bedtime stories anymore. This film portrayed a break-up of a family in a sensitive, very realistic way. I loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

I loved this movie. The end made me cry and appreciate everyday of my life.

Such a great film....i can't believe they released it in such crappy dvd forms. The kind of DVDs you buy at the dollar store.

This is a film about forbidden love between a married woman and a man who considers himself citizen of the world. It is an intensely emotional film about the love that they can share for only 4 days. It is a beautiful film, definetly a tear-jerker.

I haven't watched this movie in a long time but I remember that I loved it.

A very cute movie. Actually made me cry.
