Here is a list of movies from the 'Film Movement.' Most of the Film Movement films aren't in this database. What is the Film Movement:

Mission: Why did we launch Film Movement? As fans of independent and foreign cinema, we had become increasingly frustrated by the lack of access to the year's most critically acclaimed films. We kept reading about films from the major film festivals, such as Cannes and Sundance that A.O. Scott or Roger Ebert raved about, that would not be coming to a theater near us.

Overview:By sending an award-winning independent or foreign film to its subscribers every month, Film Movement allows everyone to participate in new releases regardless of where they live. Film Movement’s Curatorial Board includes directors of top film festivals such as Lincoln Center, American Film Institute and South by Southwest, among others. Participating films represent the diversity and quality of film in the U.S. and around the world. These films are selected from the world’s best film festivals. Each DVD also contains an acclaimed short film and select special features.

If you don't want to subscribe yourself, I suggest you ask your local library to.

A family drama that focus on two women and their daughters as their lives come crashing down around them. This is a really interesting twist on the ability to see the future. It's not a scifi, or is it? Make sure to watch all the way until the end for extra drop of scifi-y goodness.
