We've all been waiting for it... and I believe I've come up with some keepers. And yes, the numerical order of the list actually is relevant.

Ballistic - Ecks vs. Sever (2002,  R)
Ballistic - Ecks vs. Sever
Easily one of the worst films ever made, Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu may not be deemed fit to live after you are subjected to this mindless yet self-indulgent "action movie". Horrendous on all fronts, films like this are bound to become a cancer.
2
The Life of David Gale (2003,  R)
The Life of David Gale
Spoiler: This film is shit for so many reasons that it even TRICKS the audience into thinking what they've seen is a righteous act from a brilliant pacifist. Wrong. What people don't realize is that Gale completely, completely contradicts EVERYTHING he believes in once we discover the truth - he DESERVED the death penalty, do you understand? The state did not screw up, even if he believes they did this without evidence. They didn't need evidence, they had at their feet all the evidence he threw at them which is like any confession. If they didn't finish him off, he would have to live with the guilt of losing Linney's character.

I can't begin to express how angry it makes me feel when someone says this film is about fighting for what you believe in when injustice comes your way - there is no injustice here, regadless of your ethical issues with capital punishment. Spacey's character is a snake and deserves punishment beyond what the film offers, but we're supposed to think it's a tragedy?

This is one of the most manipulative attempts by any director in the past history of Hollywood, and the fact that it comes from an honest man like Parker is sickening.

This film is low, low low low.

I Am Sam (2002,  PG-13)
I Am Sam
This is one of the most manipulative films ever crafted, ruining (for me) the careers of both Penn and Pfeiffer, despite stunning work later on in life. The director over simplifies and utterly shits on all logic, and Penn gives us a cheap rendition of what Hoffman did perfectly more than a decade prior. This is a dishonest piece of filmmaking and tries to render weak tears for the sake of thought - humanism has never been so bashed upon.

Run Lola Run (Lola rennt) (1999,  R)
Run Lola Run (Lola rennt)
Your girlfriend will love it, and pseudo-foreign film geeks will adore it - but this action packed piece is no art house gem and is certainly no concept collage. This may be internationally embraced, but those few intellectuals left of us in the film game will be able to dismantle what the film fails to deconstruct on its own, which is a slow-mind glamour show for the dim witted.

It becomes painfully clear that the films greatest appeal is nothing more than its -STYLE-, which not so much drowns out the substance but obliterates any presence of it. Flashy tricks work on some occasions, but not always. This doesn't work, unless you can sit back and just watch the show or spectacle.

(2001: A Space Odyssey used this method better, but yet we know it to be the most profound film ever made... go figure)

By the end, especially during second viewings, you couldn't care less who dies and who doesn't. Alright maybe that is a lie, since some of you may in fact willingly begin the wise chanting of: Die Lola Die.
5
Bowling for Columbine (2002,  R)
Bowling for Columbine
Michael Moore is a socialist pig with no credible political background who is too busy burning the flag to really take the time and shine some constructive light on the subject. This is mockumentary at its worse with faux statistics, poor research and manipulative film tactics via editing. You can almost hear the "cut" being yelled between each scene and supposed "interview".
6
Basic Instinct (1992,  R)
Basic Instinct
I've always hated this example of the erotic-thriller genre, partially due to the incompetence of Sharon Stone's useless performance (as usual). There's nothing surprising about the ending and there's certainly nothing intriguing about the love triangle; Douglas is the real victim for he is forced to play such a ridiculous and unknowing character that would have never allowed himself to sink this low.
Despite critical consensus, if this film has any, Sharon Stone is not seductive and Verhoeven has no ability to handle the suspense and plot-twsits required for this branch of filmmaking.
7
Tank Girl (1995,  R)
Tank Girl
One of the worst films ever made. I can't begin to express how much I wanted to beat Lori Petty in the face with a hockey puck and hope to god those lips would stop that retarded smile and put a hault to that shrill she calls her voice. We can forgive Naomi Watts and Malcolm McDowell for doing this, but the rest of the cast and production behind this monstrosity stands as an insult to the post-feminist movement it is trying to bring up.
Cyber punk? No, absolute shit.
8
Shanghai Surprise (1986,  PG-13)
Shanghai Surprise
They don't make films like this anymore - and we have to congratulate someone for it, real fast.
9
The Red Dwarf (1999,  R)
The Red Dwarf
FIlms don't get this bad very often. Self-indulgent art house shit with no actual purpose - the allegories are all reversed and the general message is skewed. Painful to watch.
10
Beyond the Sea (2004,  PG-13)
Beyond the Sea
Kevin Spacey proves in this film alone that he is easily the most self-indulgent and egotistical film maker and actor to grace the screen. One more close up is all we need pal, just one more... and you're out.
11
Homegrown (1998,  R)
Homegrown
One of the worst films ever made. There's nothing clever or funny about any of the situations, and the performances are all put to waste. The last scene is utterly painful and misdirected on all accounts, which is just a well placed mirror to summarize the rest of this crap fest. Big cast, little brain.
This film makes Tommy Chong look like a genius in the stoner film market.
12
Harlem Nights (1989,  R)
Harlem Nights
One of the worst films ever made.
13
A Walk to Remember (2002,  PG)
A Walk to Remember
By the end, 'death' seems like belated charity work for the better good of all things.
14
E.T. - The Extra-Terrestrial (1982,  PG)
E.T. - The Extra-Terrestrial
This is more than anything a Kids picture. Unfortunately, I despised it as a child so there is little room for me to approach it in this day and age of professional reader-response criticism. To put it lightly, this weak 80's hit has made me dubious towards Spielberg ever since.
15
Kung Pow! Enter the Fist (2002,  PG-13)
Kung Pow! Enter the Fist
Steve Oedekerk is an infantile moron and if it hadn't been for the fact that this film had killed his career on its own, one would suspect God to intervene shortly after. This is definitely one of the worst films ever made.
16
Top Gun (1986,  PG)
Top Gun
Shit, shit and more shit. And for a movie about state of the art jets, this shit lags.
17
Napoleon Dynamite (2004,  PG)
Napoleon Dynamite
Retarded comedy that sticks to the bare shape of things and concepts so most audience members think it's being clever and abstract. This makes the film manipulative, and it also quite literally means it is underminding itself. Heder has entered my black list.
18
Kingdom of Heaven (2005,  R)
Kingdom of Heaven
Despite the fact that nearly everyone predicted how horrible this film would be before its release, it is no surprise that Ridley Scott deconstructs another epic to very little thought and alot of nonesense, prolonged for those hours upon hours that has become a trademark for his poor films.

This being miscast hell, it is horrid to see so many important names and star players try so hard at the Oscar you can tell they all thought they were making. Easily one of the worst epics ever made and clearly someone did not look up on their Teutonic history (don't bother correcting this).
19
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - The Movie (1995,  PG)
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - The Movie
Even as a kid, one was never reluctant to ask the all-too profound question of the Power Ranger world: "What the fuck?"
