great start for francaise, a set up for more to come, looks great, and in jackman a perfect cast for wolverine,
5
X2 (2003,  PG-13)
X2
a bigger scope but a little less perfect for me, than first film, even though more action, and lots going on, still a great film all the same, some great wolverine action also
6
X-Men: The Last Stand (2006,  PG-13)
X-Men: The Last Stand
missing director singer, he jumped ship for superman, trying desperatly to tie things up, killing off charactors wherever you look, some good set pieces, its a good film, just rushed a bit, why try desperstly to tieup loose ends, then introduce a bunch of new charactors, some old ones are just sitting at the sidelines waiting to come on,
7
