The Dark Knight (2008, PG-13)
Wow. This was insane. I was expecting the hype to overshadow the movie itself, but it's exactly what I expected. Heath did actually give an oscar-worthy performance, and I'm not just blowing smoke up your ass to make you see it. Aaron Eckhart made up for everything during scenes Heath Ledger wasn't in, so there was rarely a dull moment. Lots of shocking stuff goin' on, too. If you don't see this movie, you're really missing out on something special. |
