Up in the Air (2009, R)
George Clooney is pitch-perfect as the poster child for all that is wrong with the world in this brilliant film. I can't stop thinking about how amazingly complex and rich with genuine emotion Up in the Air is. Jason Reitman restores my faith in the power of a good story and what modern American cinema can accomplish. This is my new favorite film of the year. Fantastic. |
