Although it is helmed by two beautiful vampires *Gackt of Malice Mizer and Hyde of L'arc-en-ciel), the plot sucks as it reminds me of those typical HongKong police dramas.Kudos for the kakoii leads though.

I havent seen previous remake but i think it is okay from start to middle, but I dun like the ending and Klaatu didnt say why they have to eliminate humans and what harm did humans fo to the earth. it's just okay. but there could be more to the ending i think.

Brilliantly crafted and acted. Donnie yen shines in this role as the mentor of bruce Lee's gongfu teacher. The 1st half is witty and funny, but changes its tone during 2nd half when japan invades china. A great tale of courage and preserverance during bad times.and there is a very interesting moral: what u think others lack may be what u need most.

stick to "sin city" better. this sucks, I think.

The best of all the disaster flicks I've seen. More realistic due to natural disasters rather than some big fuck FX shit, or aliens, supernatural beings that dun exist at all. Will keep you glued to the screen. The ending makles me wonder if we are gona be saved in giant submarines when the real 2012 doomsday come.

saw this flick at the German Film festival in Singapore. It may seem abit like Lords of the Rings kinda thing, judging from title, but in fact, is an intriguing flick about a boy drawn by the voice of the dark master and he seeks this dark master himself to learn black arts as an apprentice. However, the master has a deadly secret which involves sacrificing one of his apprentices to the Grim Reaper at the end of every year to boost his vitality and strength. Krabat, the protagonist, finally beat him at his odds. Splendid magical fantasy film unlike those blockbusters adapted from novels.

Engaging, and the babes are hot. About a famous racer who is framed for killing his wife and sent to a penituary as a pawn to participate in a death race to raise $$$ for the sick cunt who is running the prison for monetary gain. The soon-to-be dead pawns are those misled into believing that they can really be released upon winning 5 of these death races.

I know what are the facts on vampires but I like this film anyway. Jacob is hot! Edward looks like he was going to die any moment, Trust the dogs to bring on the action! Would love them to feature more about the Volturi in the next film. the movie rocks as the book doesnt have a visual depiction of jacob's six-pack! ahaha

No idea to catergorise this under "romance" or 'horror" as the vampires are not really that scary, in fact, I find it weird when they bared their teeth at each other and there are no fangs. Haha but Edward's is pretty enchanting hence the extra 1/2 star. The story is fast-paced and easy to understand, but it is slightly different from the book. If you had the time to read the book, you would know more in depth about this story.Good casting of characters and nicely shot scenes. loved the dark and gloomy surreal atmosphere also.

Boring....beginning was okay but it kinda lost me half an hour into the film..

Great performance by Abigail Breslin and the animated talking animals/reptiles/birds are so cute!!! A fun and feel-good flick.
