Violent, Bloody, and Gory Movies

This one will blow your mind and possibly take a lawn mower to it too.

To truly understand this movie you had to see it in theaters. I have never had so much fun in a movie theater. Planet Terror is fantastic. Cheesy lines, hilarious characters, and bloody action violence. Planet Terror is what a Grindhouse movie should be in this day and age. And it was a hell of a lot of fun. The fake trailers in the middle were great - all of them. A great idea, executed perfectly. Then there is Deathproof. The beginning is just plain boring. Tarantino thinks every line he writes is gold - but it's not. Technically speaking Deathproof is closer to an actual Grindhouse movie, the only problem is, Grindhouse movies were bad (enjoyable but bad). Why were they bad? They had no budget. But Deathproof had a large budget - so it should have been better. But Deathproof had a terrific ending. Overall the feeling of this movie was amazing. If you saw it in theaters you'd understand. I can only hope for a Grindhouse 2.

The most bloody and disgusting movie of all time. How could you not love it?

The early exploitation zombie classic. This is where the modern zombie was invented. Night of the Living Dead is a must see.

Saw is just great horror. It is a very original concept, executed very well.

Very low-budget. Very dark humor. And very very bloody. All hail Ash.

This is a very disturbing, grotesque, and excellent film. It has some of the grossest scenes I've ever seen.

A little slow in the beginning. But the end is awesome.

The first gory movie! Some acting was laughably bad, but an enjoyable movie nonetheless.

Not as good as the first. But in the first twenty minutes an old, wheelchair-ridden, blind lady is shot out of her wheelchair - that alone warrants 2 and a half stars.

Surprisingly good. Plenty of good gore. The ending was a bit of a let down.

This was a very weird movie, but it had good moments. Plus it gave us the ultimate weapon - The Triple Shotgun, only to be topped at the end of the movie with the quad-shotti.
