I don't know where these movies belong. They wouldn't exactly be on my shortlist of favorites, but they are still movies I liked a lot when I saw them and would watch them again.

Shadow of a Doubt
A lesser-known Hitchcock film that is definitely worth seeing.

House of Usher (The Fall of the House of Usher) (1960,  Unrated)
House of Usher (The Fall of the House of Usher)
Great performance by Vincent Price. Not very true to the original Poe story, but entertaining in its own right.
6
My Man Godfrey (1936,  Unrated)
My Man Godfrey
Great 1930s screwball comedy. William Powell is terrific as usual.
7
One, Two, Three (1961,  Unrated)
One, Two, Three
A 1961 movie set in West Berlin, James Cagney and the rest of the cast are at breakneck speed the whole time. Kind of screwball with a lot of dialogue. A lesser-known Billy Wilder movie that is fascinating and fun to watch.

The Blue Gardenia (1953,  Unrated)
The Blue Gardenia
Obscure '50s movie starring Anne Baxter from All About Eve. Sort of a film noir/whodunit that is pretty engaging. Raymond Burr plays a total lech!
16
Strangers on a Train (1951,  PG)
17
The Trouble With Harry (1955,  PG)
The Trouble With Harry
An unusual one for Hitchcock. This is kind of a dark comedy. It's set in New England in autumn. Shirley MacLaine is great in her first movie role. Full of small-town characters, it's different from the big-city or cross-country thrillers Hitchcock often made.

Harvey (1951,  Unrated)
Harvey
An absolute must for classic film fans. James Stewart gives one of his best performances and Josephine Hull is hilarious as his scheming aunt. It's hard not to see something a little ominous in Harvey after seeing Donnie Darko, but this is like the 1950s good-doppelganger version of that movie (did that make sense?). Touching, well-written, poignant, funny, well-acted, and a bit nutty.
39
Goodbye Charlie (1964,  Unrated)
40
Four's a Crowd (1938,  Unrated)
41
Foul Play (1978,  PG)
Foul Play
A very '70s take on Hitchcock thrillers and old-fashioned screwball comedies. Worth seeing if you like thoses genres.
42
Night Must Fall (1937,  Unrated)
Night Must Fall
Interesting character study/"thriller" with two of my favorite classic movie actors. More of a psychological drama, it really doesn't go anywhere; this in itself is kind of a surprise and a relief. At a certain point in the film, one kind of loses the expectation of cliched suspense and realize it's just about these two characters' psyches. Unusual and worth seeing, even with its faults.
43
Undercurrent (1946,  Unrated)
