WWE Great American Bash (2008,  Unrated)
2
WWE Edge: A Decade of Decadence (2008,  Unrated)
WWE Edge: A Decade of Decadence
Quite possibly the best individual WWE DVD yet. The match variations make this a must have.
3
The Monday Night War: WWE Raw vs. WCW Nitro (2004,  Unrated)
4
WWE: Trish Stratus - 100% Stratusfaction (2003,  Unrated)
5
WWF Rock Bottom: In Your House (1998,  Unrated)
WWF Rock Bottom: In Your House
A great PPV with it being the only event dedicated to one wrestler, The Rock (as part of his alliance with The Corporation)
6
WWF Judgment Day (2000,  Unrated)
7
WWF Lita: It Just Feels Right (2001,  Unrated)
WWF Lita: It Just Feels Right
Worth a watch, but this was when Lita was the hottest thing in WWE (Before Trish could wrestle)
8
WWF Vengeance (2001,  Unrated)
WWF Vengeance
The PPV that crowned the new Undisputed champion. Also has a great hardcore title match with Taker vs RVD.
9
WWF Summerslam (1990,  Unrated)
10
WWF Unforgiven (2001,  Unrated)
WWF Unforgiven
An invasion PPV so not all that great really. RVD was so hot and over but WWE just never really unleashed him, until the rebirth of ECW that is.

WWF King of the Ring (1995,  Unrated)
WWF King of the Ring
So if you look back in the history books you'll see former King of the ring winners such as; Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Edge, Stone Cold - all legends of WWE. Well in '95 Mabel won, the same guy that became Viscera and ended up as Big Daddy V.

AVOID!!!!!

WWF in Your House 16: Canadian Stampede (1997,  Unrated)
WWF in Your House 16: Canadian Stampede
Best known for the tag main event where WWEs good guys get booed and the bad guys (being Canadian) get cheered. For that match alone it's worth watching.
23
WWF in Your House 6 (1996,  Unrated)
24
TNA Wrestling: The 50 Greatest Moments (2006,  Unrated)
25
The Wrestler (1974,  Unrated)
The Wrestler
Got to watch any wrestling related movie - no matter how bad!
26
WWE - The Ladder Match (,  Unrated)
WWE - The Ladder Match
The best WWE has to offer, will even get non fans into the sport due to the crazyness of pretty much every match! The best wrestling DVD ever!
27
Forever Hardcore (2005,  Unrated)
Forever Hardcore
Almost as good as the WWE documentary about ECW. New Jack and Sabu came out with a lot of interesting things, the lack of footage doesnt deter from the story instead we get much more detail.
28
Hitman Hart: Wrestling with Shadows (1998,  R)
Hitman Hart: Wrestling with Shadows
Genius Documentary, what were the chances of the biggest swerve in wrestling history being caught on camera from behind the scenes! The sad thing about this is that Bret doe'snt let go of the fact that wrestling is a work, probably why he never will forgive Vince!
29
WWE: The Rise & Fall of ECW (,  Unrated)
WWE: The Rise & Fall of ECW
Considering its a WWE production this documentary pretty much tells it like it was - from those now on WWE contracts. For the other wrestlers point of view check out Forever Hardcore!
30
Mick Foley's Greatest Hits & Misses: A Life in Wrestling (,  Unrated)
Mick Foley's Greatest Hits & Misses: A Life in Wrestling
Some of the best matches of Micks career, and he does all his own stunts
31
WrestleMania 22 (,  Unrated)
WrestleMania 22
Edge v Foley is worth getting this for on its own, skip Taker vs. Henry though. On the downside though the World title match was too short and doomed Reys title run which was always gona be a mammoth task. Vince v HBK was none too bad either and the ladder match delivered plenty of bumps! Better than WM 23.
32
WrestleMania X-Seven (,  Unrated)
WrestleMania X-Seven
Probably the best quality Mania to date. 5 brilliant matches and the others are all decent enough.
33
Beyond the Mat (1999,  R)
Beyond the Mat
Wrestling is NOT fake. It IS Scripted/Pre Determined. do with that what you will.
34
The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior (2005,  Unrated)
The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior
Quite funny how a documentary about The Warrior ever got made, especially as every one pretty much hates the guy now! He Sucked as a wrestler and by the accounts on this DVD sucked as a human being! I so wanted to like him when i was a kid but Hogan always was more appealing or The Legion of Doom. Worth watching if you're an aspiring wrestler and you want to know how NOT to do it.
35
Ready to Rumble (2000,  PG-13)
Ready to Rumble
Even though this movie technically aided in killing WCW, I love it. It's daft it's stupid it's completely over the top. The reasons why i fell in love with wrestling in the first place. Quite happily watch it again over The Wrestler :)

Nacho Libre (2006,  PG)
Nacho Libre
I thought this was going to be funny, like so many others who went to watch it. I loved the wrestling references and the whole lucha scenes were done beautifully, i just wish the story had something going on.

Dirty Sanchez: The Movie (2007,  R)
Dirty Sanchez: The Movie
One of the funniest things i have ever seen in a cinema, film wise at least!
Well done boyos!

The wrestling part is extremely stupid but what do you expect.
38
WWF Backlash (2000,  Unrated)
WWF Backlash
Best Backlash ever, i think this was close to being PPV of the year.
39
The Longest Yard (2005,  PG-13)
The Longest Yard
As cowell would say "distinctively average". It was going to be a struggle for me to like it given that it's based on American Football, but the ONLY reason i did enjoy it was for the comedy performances of the Wrestlers. Nash is genius and should definately do more comedy, whilst Austin was for some reason underused. Bob Sapp & Khali were great as the loveable and terrifying giant respectively. If you're a wrestling fan it's worth a watch, but otherwise don't bother.

12 Rounds (2009,  PG-13)
12 Rounds
I really wanted to hate this movie, but even though it was quite predictable it had enough "booms" and "kapows" to keep me alive for 90 minutes. John Cena was terrible but then again, he actually had a decent director, cast and script so it made him look even worse than in Marine which was bad all round.

Bigger, Stronger, Faster* (2008,  PG-13)
Bigger, Stronger, Faster*
An outstanding documentary that delves into Americas fascination with being the best at everything. Growing up in the UK i was subjected to a lot of the same stuff He-Man, Rocky, Rambo, WWF, Arnie Movies but i think we're just a lot more grounded and KNOW that we can't get like that without taking shortcuts. I watched this recently after finding out that Mike Bell had died and watching this film was almost like i was reading a suicide note, he was going to do steroids until he died.

Highly recommended to anyone who's a fan of sport, wrestling or suffers little man complex. At school being the lanky scrawny kid the teachers were always trying to get me in the gym, do weights and bulk up. I was perfectly healthy playing football for hours each day and i'm glad i didnt get the weights bug.
