Critic Reviews
-
Tim Brayton, Antagony & Ecstasy
Not nearly as galling as it should be.
-
Sarah Wenk, Common Sense Media
The further adventures of a huge batch of puppies.
-
Kevin Carr, 7M Pictures
The return of the mass Dalmatian kidnapping is a bit overused after the original and two live-action films.
-
James Plath, Movie Metropolis
There are certainly worse sequels out there.
-
Jeffrey Chen, Window to the Movies
A sorry excuse for a straight-to-video movie, even by the standards of the rest of the sequels.
