10:30 P.M. Summer
Passion, whether sex or violence, is the root of conflict in this film which follows as the alcoholic Mercouri and her husband Finch travel with their daughter and Schneider across Spain. Being married does not stop Finch from fooling around with other women, however, and an affair flares up between him and Schneider. But it doesn't just stop between these two--things start warming up between Mercouri and Schneider as well. ~ Rovi

Critic Reviews from Rotten Tomatoes

"Jules Dassin's sense of craft trumps the art-cinema pretensions of 10:30 P.M. Summer"
‑ Robert Horton, Film Comment Magazine
"The script is stilted and even Melina Mercouri is below par as the hard drinking Maria, although Peter Finch elevates his character, Paul, by the sheer force of his personality"
‑ Andrew L. Urban, Urban Cinefile
"A typically gaudy souvenir from Jules Dassin's pretentious, post-HUAC Euro-wanderings."
‑ Fernando F. Croce, Slant Magazine
