  It's not the best comedy ever or really a good film. Anyway with it's black comedy, scary characters with an odd situation Nothing But Trouble, doesn't have enough material for the great cast of comedians, but still is unforgetable (at least for me) and could bring a nice time with a few laughs. It's not so terrible like everybody says.

  This wasn't the funniest or even the best movie ever made, but it certainly wasn't the worst. I laughed at alot of the jokes and I enjoyed the characters, although the huge baby twins were kinda disgusting. I loved Dan Aykroyd in this movie. I loved the way his character talked and his makeup effects were great. I miss John Candy terribly. He was always funny in whatever movie he starred in. I think he was one of the greatest comic actors ever. He was the highlight of this movie and did a good job with both of his characters, Dennis and Eldona. I think "Nothing But Trouble" would be classified as a black comedy but it was a good black comedy. I can understand why most would think this was a bad movie but there are definitely worse movies than this one out there. This movie was funny, entertaining, and not at all boring. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who enjoys dark comedies and to anyone who likes Dan Aykroyd and John Candy. I don't particularly care for Demi Moore but thought she was ok in this movie. And Chevy Chase was funny like always. Like I said, this wasn't the best movie ever made but it wasn't the worst. I enjoyed this movie. Take a look and judge for yourself

  This movie is nuts. Dan Akroid has a penis nose, there's two fat pigs that love cereal and john candy plays a mute woman who tries to marry chevy chase. Pretty fun. Pretty screwed up.

  A mess of a story, and a bit of black comedy. I didn't like the yokel small county setting and characters. I didn't quite understand what the heck was happening.

  Written and directed by Dan Aykroyd, Nothing But Trouble is a bizarre dark comedy that's too weird for its own good. The story follows a group of travelers headed for Atlantic City who, after running a stop sign, end up trapped in a county courthouse that dispenses an unusual form of justice. Starring Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, Demi Moore, and John Candy, the film is loaded with comedic talent; including a wickedly fun cameo by rapper Humpty Hump. But poor storytelling and a ridiculous plot doom the film. In more capable hands, perhaps this type of story could work; but Arkyoyd isn't able to find the right blend of comedy and horror. Nothing But Trouble is a complete and utter train wreck that has nothing going for it.

  I was intrigued when the description on the back compared it to Beetlejuice and of course because of the cast. Don't let that fool you! This was just a weird movie, and not in a good way.

  I was always some-what entertained by this strange and goofy movie. It's about 2 traffic violators (Chevy Chase and Demi Moore) that are sentenced to death by a crazy judge (Dan Aykroyd). While John Candy plays duel roles as the judges son and....daughter. John Candy showed his true potential in Planes, Trains and Automobiles. It's too bad that most of his movies after it were bad. Both he and Dan Aykroyd do steal the show even if this movie probably should never have been made.

Dan Ackroyd simply shines as the demented old judge and one of the last movies starring Chevy Chase that was bearable.
