A great cast and a good film but it seemed like it was trying to be something it wasn?t, an American Mike Leigh film if you will!

OK, it's a Tarantino inspired movie. One of the better ones. Before you bitch about it remember: Everyone associated with this and the way it got you into the theater was predicated upon knowing it was Tarantino-like. Would you have watched it if it was advertised as a John Herzf...( read more)

With twisted human behavior and the complexity of its own plot...it looks like a crime drama but crime is the medium, not the message; the crimes are an excuse for quick connections among strangers...

Extremely underrated Tarantino- esque ensemble film from writer/Director John Herzfeld. It's quirky characters, bursts of blood, and sly humor make this (unfairly dubbed!) "Pulp Fiction Clone" definately worth checking out.
