However, there are foul doings afoot -- Jack (Charles Napier), an unscrupulous business tycoon, has been dumping toxic waste on a nearby Indian burial ground and keeping the matter quiet with kickbacks to the local police. When the Ninja brothers try to come to the aid of the local Indian tribe, Jack tries to intimidate them and their Native American friends, a plan that only makes the boys more determined to see that justice is done. 3 Ninjas Knuckle Up was actually shot in 1994, a year before 3 Ninjas Kick Back, and features the same three actors who played the Ninja brothers in the first film. Another 3 ninjas movie? Why?! Well, if you didn't get enough of them the first couple of times, you can watch this...

Terribly acted, the action is badly choreographed, and the dance scene...IT JUST SUCKS!!! I don't know why this is PG-13 and why I own it. I don't plan on watching the rest of the series in the future due to this pile of crap.

More of the same as the three brothers team up take on a toxic-waste dumper. Younger kids will enjoy this third entry in the series, but older kids will be bored even ME!

As a rule, sequels are never as good as the originals. Once in a while, we get amazing movies like The Empire Strikes Back and Godfather II. Eighty-five minutes of "non-stop ninja action" (they're not exaggerating when they say that) put together to form a weak plot. This is just pure violence. The movie is obviously meant to be a flick for teenage girls with overactive hormones to come drool over Michael Treanor and Max Elliott Slade as they kick the living daylights out of everyone they meet. This movie isn't entirely bad. The plot does try to tie in some interesting topics about Native American culture, however, the inaccuracies and stereotypical portrayal of the culture detracts from admiring this aspect of the movie too. In the end, this is an incoherent, trashy, unwatchable movie that plays at a much lower level than the original. Perhaps it was learning the lessons of obedience, patience, and of course getting a good laugh or two out of it. But nonetheless, this is not a trilogy worthy of sitting next to the Star Wars, The Godfather or even the Ninja Turtles trilogy for that matter. Best of luck to Michael Treanor, Max Elliott Slade and Chad Power. I do hope that they may land roles in the future that don't require them to jump up in the air, make a 360, and kick a massive biker guy (who weighs at least 200 pounds heavier than them) in the face and knock him out cold.
