Words can not describe how beautiful and amazing this movie was. I was in aww while watching it. I swear when I left there was a puddle of drool in front of my seat. :P
I see that some idiot wrote about how this movie related to the history of Persia. The movie has never claimed to be based on actual events. It's based on Frank Miller's graphic novel you dunce. So get your facts straight before you start talking shit about this amazing movie. Thank you come again.
Anyways, everyone needs to go see this movie RIGHT NOW!!!
i think this movie is big lie.becuse history is telling us another things.persian people were so brave and they weren't savage.but in this movie they are showing incorect opinions for people.so i hate this movie and i hate the writer....
OWWWWw these guys are superrrrrr cutee and the special effects r amazing if u havent seen this movie yet ur missing a lottt

Just came back from seeing this with my nephew and it was so good he saw it twice .....and it was a great movie..
I absolutely fell in love with this movie. I loved it so much.I WANT TO GO SEE IT AGAIN! and th guys OOHHHH my goodness I was in lala land; very nice to look at.
Although with a few minor mistakes,(such as the fact that Spartans were not clean shaved as they should, or that the elite Persian force consisted of beast-like soldiers wearing metal masks, or that the persian army also included some monster-like giants, or that Xerxes looked a bit... , and of course, Efialtis, the traitor of Sparta wasn't deformed, he was just a f***in' coward!!) the movie features some marvelous visual effects, epic battles, is violent and gory enough, and of course, depicts the glory of ancient Sparta and the bravery of the Spartans to its utmost.
Highly recommended! Do anything in your power to go see it!!!
This fantastic war epic, has everything to offer. Satisfying every aspect of modern day films; sex, violence, gore, edgy characters, inspirational and gripping plots, and revolutionary special effects. 100% fantastic movie, only thing missing is the mysteries and unsolved info that movies like Pulp Fiction and Donnie Darko leave you with.
The most delicious movie I have seen in a long time. Don't hesitate to go see it. I will absolutely be buying this one. Collectibles, anyone?!?!?
Let's see... I'm a Greek, and this movie is about Greek mythology. Although I have heard the best about it, I haven't seen it yet, but if it fails to represent the Greek mythology, I'm going to see to its heavy criticism...! =)
Molon labe Is the ancient greek word for come and take them that King Leonidas said to Xerxes. And actually the mothers in ancient sparta were telling their children;I tan i epi tas, before they go to war which means come with it or on it.(the shield). As the wife of King Leonidas told him in the movie
At first I thought this movie wouldn't interest me because it was kinda like an "action movie". But the plot, scenery, and fight scenes just kept me wanting more.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
"300" really impressed me. It has some of the most breathtaking visuals and action sequences I've seen... ever, and although many people say the plot is thin and the dialogue is hokey- I liked both(especially the dialogue: Tonight We Dine in Hell!!! LOL). I don't understand how people can flame a plot based on fact about 300 men trying to keep an army of thousands at bay. What were they expecting? A plot twist or a double cross?
this movie was brilliant i must say. Considering it was in fact based on the Epic Novel and not actual history(this is what most are seeming not to understand) For being filmed mostly by Greenscreen this was a truly amazing film for 2007. Great profit opening weekend aswell
Very good but did they really need the Queen's storyline? It just seemed to slow the movie down and was rather gratuitous. Other than that, the movie was absolutely amazing. I've haven't been so enraptured by a movie in a very long time.
