January 11, 2008"There Gonna Hang Me In The Morning.." This film has the true essence of a classic western. I haven't seen the original film as this one is the remake,but I can tell you I loved this modern western.The chemistry between Russel and Christian were astounding. I am not a big fan of Crowe but this film he played the villain very well and I think over the years his acting has improved. The whole rest of the cast fit in well to the picture and setting of this film. Ben Foster who had a small role as the angel in "X-Men The Last Stand" did a great job playing the ruthless heart-less bad guy. I def would watch this movie again and again. 4 stars

September 28, 2007Execellent movie! Haven't seen a good western movie in quite a while, but this one was great, I loved it, great cast with the 2 leading charectors Christian Bale and Russell Crowe, great movie!

September 8, 2007Nicely done. Great action and drama. The humanity throughout the movie and especially in the ending is intense and compelling. Excellent performances by Crowe and Bale and they were equally commanding and captivating to watch together.
