Plot: Tom Gerrin (Jack Lemmon), a retired Kansas cabinetmaker, moves in with his son, Ken, and daughter-in-law, Bonnie, after the death of his wife. Pretty much on autopilot, Tom just seems to be waiting to...( read more  ) join his wife in the great beyond. But thanks to his chance meeting with a free-spirited woman (Sarah Paulson) and an old flame (Betty Garrett) from before his marriage, Tom once again learns to embrace life … and the living.
