MCT:May 12, 2008no blood and totally predictable? yeah, no shit, it was pg-13. how could you expect anything out of that? BUT...i actually was pleasantly surprised...no, not by the plot or anything of that nature...but of how good johnathon schaech looked before he shaved. so, she didn't sleep w/ the teacher...why again...?

MCT:May 12, 2008the ORIGNAL movie was rated R this film is rated PG-13... that was a question that was on my mind b4 I seen the movie and surely enough I waz rite..most of the cast except the black cop & Brittany Snow were good... everyone else was just out of place... the killer was good but he could have been better.. I saw his every move before it happened.. & how can you say this movie is a horror film? Horror movies are not RATED PG-13!..I'm not gonna take away from the overall set-up for the prom.. you can tell it took some cash to put that together.. and the little rivals with the ladies was something that you would deal with in high school... If your a high school student you would like thiz.. otherwise.. it'z just no wheres near a horror film... very let down.. had high hopes for this movie... WATCH AT OWN RISK

language was quite the disappointment and the movie was extremely predictive and to me pretty dumb i dont think i would be interested in seeing it again

This movie sucked. It was predictible all the way through. If you are a horror vetran like me, this movie is a total cliche of all horror movies combined. Great soundtrack.

Let me start by saying it doesn't make to much sense to come up with a PG-13 remake of an R-Rated slasher film besides the story was different from the original not in a good way.This film fails to be scary & not suspenseful enough with a killer that wasn't so convincing playing this role.This is one of the worst horror films to hit theaters & to make it worst is predictable from the beginning.Hardly any blood or interesting death scenes.

I never want to see a dumbass pg-13 movie dude! I'am a hardcore horror fan and I do not want to see something that every single preppy person or 9th grader that wants to see a pg-13 horror movie.

I just seen this piece of crap and all I have to say is do not and I repeat do not waste money on this garbage. It's better you stay home and slit your wrists for christ sakes. But don't really do that just don't see the fucking movie.

I only saw a spoof ad for this on E!'s "The Soup" last night and if it is a remake, wasn't the original about a psycho teen or ghost or something? Come on Hollywood, leave the originals alone! Case in point The Wicker Man remake was pants compared to the original. I've not even seen this yet, being in the UK and I don't think its been released over here in the UK yet, I don't really hold out much hope for it.
