It is going to be amazing, awesome and perfect in every possible way. No, I can't guarantee that, but I have a strong feeling that this will become one of my fave Johnny Depp films. The cast is brilliant, so many of my fave actors are to star in this film. Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, Channing Tatum, Marion Cotillard, Giovanni Ribisi, David Wenham... just... WOW! With a cast like that there's no denying that this has the potential to be a truly outstanding film. And to be directed by the one and only Michael Mann.. what a legend he is. Another great reason that I am looking forward to this flick.
So yes.. that is my shortened excitement for this film in words. I could go on for hours.. but, it will have to stop there. I can't wait for it's release, and I sure hope that it will live up to my expectations. Still a long while to go now though.... -

OMG I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS! i read this book a couple years ago and it was great! michael mann is directing johnny depp and christian bale in the story of america's most notorious bank robbers. will it be awesome or a total disaster? time will tell. more at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_Enemies_%282009_film%29

If this will turn out to be a disaster I will personally tell Michael Mann that he is a total asshole for letting such a chance of pure success go. Also if it will succeed i wont be surprised at all i.e. just look at the cast. A percentage of this becoming a disaster movie is 1/1000. So, yeah basicly i want to see it.
Ok for those of you who want to know about cast for this film there is no much info on flixster so there is some more stuff about the actors to be in this film plus my opinion.
1.Johny Depp: well no need to tell you who he is obviously. He is to play a leading role and is a perfect choice for it. Also it will be nice to see the way he plays a gangster-bank robbrer.
2. Christian Bale: another top actor who needs no presenting, he is to play a FBI agent who is trying to catch John Dillinger(Johny Depp). Another top actor.
3.Marion Cotillard: after he stunning performans in la mome and her numerous awards for the leading role in it this role as a Dillingers girlfriend will be a crucial point in her career. She can become one of the best if she will give a great performance in this film.
4.Channing Tatum: another great young talented actor who plays a bank robber, It will be nice to see whereever he can play a bad guy rather than a hero or a one of this good looking guys who always trying to help.
5.Giovanni Ribisi: remembered by me for his amazing performance in Saving Private Ryan, where after this film he went on to lots of numerous rolles which caused different responses in tthe media.
He plays another criminal and it will be an important role for him also his career will go upwards if he will do a good job.
6. Stephen Dorff: wow this guy is scary in a good way. After first blade i had a great expression of him and i havent heard of him in a while so i hope his career doing well at the moment. He plays (surprise) another criminal and hopefuly he will be good in this film.
7. Jason Clarke: havent really heard of him before but he looks good for the criminal role so hopefully he will be known after this film.
8. John Ortiz: another good actor not very famous but i heard some good stuff about him and also he must be really good to play Al Capone's right hand man.
9. David Wenham: this guy is one of my favorites, after LOTR & 300 he showed that he is a really good supporting actor. I am sure he will do an amazing job playing a member of Dillinger's gang.
10. Stephen Graham: really good actor even though he isnt very famous like Depp or Bale. Enjoyd some good roles in This is England, Band of brothers, gangs of new york and Snatch. He plays Baby face Nelson and so he must be really good to even be considered for this role.
11. Christian Stole: last of the cast but not least. Famous for his role in TV series Prison break he plays a guy who helped Dillinger to break out of prison and he should must work hard to give his best for this role.
Well thats all the major actors that has been considered for major roles so as you can see i really want this movie to be the best of its year. Also sorry if i made numerous mistakes or missed some words as i didnt do this properly plus it is just my opinion, if you dont like it then just dont read it.
Public Enemies perphaps my most anticipated movie of 2009 if not of all years. After i will see The Dark Knight it will be for sure. Oh please someone tell me how to travel to the future, as i can only look and wait of how good this film will be.

Johnny Depp will play Dillinger, Christian Bale will play FBI agent Purvis and Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard will play Dillinger's girlfriend Billie Frechette. Principal photography began in Columbus, Wisconsin on March 17, 2008 and will continue in Chicago, Illinois and several places in Wisconsin until the end of June.[2] Some parts of the film will be shot in Crown Point, Indiana, the town where Dillinger escaped from jail"
