Great movie!!!
Jennifer connelly is one of my my fav actresses.
A must see for all those who like oscar winning movie.
this movie is great. well made. well acted. good biography. excellent history.
wonderful Movie ! just amazing.
it did touched my heart and i loved it. showing how hard it is to be a genius !
Having the powers of extra-ordinary intuition and brilliance is a rare gift which very few people are blessed with, but some drift into the realm of insanity. That's sad.
You need to have a passion, an obsession for things to go on, but they can be guided, nurtured only if one is loved and cared. I am deeply touched by the story.
I'm not schizophrenic but my uncle is so I have seen the effedts and can only imagine the hardships and the effects. This film is absolutely brilliant and so is Russell Crowe!
I'm not schizophrenic, but I do have some mental health problems, and I know how scary it can be at times. I've wanted to kill myself because of some of it, but I know that there are people a LOT worse off than me, so I stayed alive. I was told I could never become a Drama teacher because of my troubles. My 'friends' and a careers adviser told me this, and I listened to them for a long time. Now I am at university studying theatre education, and I am doing alright.
What I'm trying to say is, no matter what your troubles are, you should never let them ruin your life. I think Russell Crowe portrayed this idea fantastically in 'A Beautiful Mind' and I truly believe that mental illness and genius are extremely close.
I also think Paul Bettany made a brilliant Charles, and I felt sorry for him when Nash had to start ignoring him...And Ed Harris was just as good, but in a more darker way.
MY NUMBER 1 MOVIE OF ALL TIME!!!
This movie rocked me, it explained so much about mental ilness at the same time as just being 1 of the best movies of all time.. wish 1 of my ex wives would have been that devoted.. not that i'm mentally ill or nuthin' ;)
this film are good, cool, amazing n beautiful, so beautiful.
I can learn something from here.
am Terrified. Mortified. Petrified. Stupefied... by you."
i love this show, great acting by russell crowe
Brilliant movie, schizophrenia surely an interesting theme, and my school teacher told me this movie based on real-life of John Nash.I can't imagine how he lived with that disease....that just so scary....
i have friends who are schitzophrenic and paranoid schitzophrenic
i love this story and it has inspired me to do great things
i also like the fact that it shows not all people with schitzophrenia belong in a looney ward.. john nash certainly didn't
in fact most are intuitive and highly intelligent
