‑ Nell Minow, Common Sense Media
"Yep, all Goofy all the time."
‑ Scott Weinberg, eFilmCritic.com
"The strength lies in the storytelling, and while this is slight, it's still a lot of fun."

"An incoherent mess that jumps from one unlikely, brainless, crash-bang situation to another."
‑ Peter Stack, San Francisco Chronicle
"Solid children's film with a quality message."
‑ Forrest Hartman, Reno Gazette-Journal
"If they wanted to make a movie about Goofy, then they should have found a better script for him."

"Makes its title character the second banana to a protagonist and a scenario entirely unworthy of him, mired in instantly-dated sops to early-'90s pop culture."
‑ Tim Brayton, Antagony & Ecstasy
"Disney quickie without any heart."
‑ Alex Sandell, Juicy Cerebellum
"It is bland, a barely television-length cartoon stretched out to fill a feature, and not much fun."
‑ Louis Black, Austin Chronicle
