Jilted, jealous Sam, spies on his love Linda and her new flame Anton from an abandoned Manhattan loft. The similarly dumped and angry Maggie joins him. The obsessed duo become so engrossed with destroying Linda and Anton's relationship that they themselves are falling in love. Off-beat romantic comedy ensues.
