Unless they make this really dark and gritty and gruesome, I think this is going to be a big big miss. I have a feeling this will be awful, just turned into another hollywood action cgi crapfest.

I don't understand why a plot that can barely fill an animated feature will be stretched into two live action movies (besides the obvious reason we all know too damn well) I'll see the first one, but I'm not giving this adaptation much wiggle room.
