wish they didn't continue with this franchise. if they had characters that didn't merely serve as plasma cannon fodder or xenomorph meals, then i might have enjoyed it.

May 23, 2008not as much action as the first movie, not as good as the first movie, but it was ok, if there is a third movie to be made, i do expect there to be loads more predator and alien action scenes!

May 18, 2008When I rented the video I was very excited, but however I was disappointed that the movie was to to dark to watch. I couldn't see most of the scenes. I know it supposed to be a night-time action movie, but please brighten it up a bit. I mean the other Alien movies were ok. As for the story line it's below what I expected. There is also a fine line between good horror and ....... Well what can I say but they should have deleted the scenes of the pregnant women and the babies in the hospital ward. Did they really need to put that in and the young kid in the beginning of the movie. But At leastI can say, It wasn't scary since you couldn't see it. My only regret is wasting $3 of renting the video. I should have spent that money on the original at least I can see it.

April 19, 2008After watching the 1,2, and 3 movie I was expecting this one to be good like the others, however I could'nt see much due to dark scenes and could not tell who's fighting who in there. I was disappoiting about this one. Would not def recommend this to others to watch.

April 19, 2008I was very disappointed with this movie, the fighting scene were alright, but the storyline in general was weak! I am a very big Predator fan so i was happy when this one bad ass Predator came and kicked everyones ass, that was hard. But the whole teenage dispute didn't fit into the movie whats so ever. I really hope that they come out with a part 3 to make up for part 2.

March 8, 2008Has some all right moments, but for the most part, it's just a really bad movie. I like my Predator flicks, and I like my Aliens, but this... no. And who cares about the teenage male lead having a crush on some girl, it's AVP R, not AVP OC!

February 5, 2008Im a little mad that this takes place in colorado...who cares about colorado? They made a connection in the first AVP that the ancient peoples knew of the predator...why couldnt they have kept on with that plot line? I havent seen the movie yet and im already disappointed. I liked the first one (the alien and predator movies dont look good, but AVP impressed me) but im a little afraid to waste the money on this one

January 19, 2008If anyone has actualy seen this movie and thinks its particularly good or bad please contact me. I am very interested in seeing this but need an honest opinion. I would like to know if the movie is overly graphic to the point of nausea. Is it a slime fest like previous alien films have been? Blood and violence is tolerable and expected but if the film looks like it came out of the toilet, ( and some literaly do ) then I have no intention of wasting my money. so please just drop me a line and let me know what you thought. thanks.

January 11, 2008with it only being released in the uk on the 18th jan i am yet to see this film but from opinions and reviews so far it's not looking good for the future of this franchise.....
the expression of ''HOW TO KILL TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE''springs straight to mind when talking about the joining of two of the most iconic and feared races in the sci-fi galaxy...many things are successful in 2D but once those comic pages come alive and jump onto the big screen then fantastic,in general,becomes disappointment.
how these two major species of sci-fi as separate franchises had big success and still a great following today have become just midiochre as a joint franchise...... -

December 30, 2007major improovement! still a few stuff up's but much more tollerable! i love how they show their home world, and wolf is just awsome (the Predator)but i hate the entier human crew! LESS MUSH (you know what i'm talking about!), more action! and a longer boss fight please! they need to make an avp movie with nothing but war between the predators and the alien's but this is still cool! it's a shame that Kevin Peter Hall (RIP) could not play the predator, he makes it seem sooo alive!
and talk about a abrupt ending! -

September 16, 2007what Paul Anderson did was like smearing peanut butter all over some celluloid then trying to watch it like a movie-so,far the trailer to this has been half reassurance half apology to the fans of these two franchises-lets hope this movie rocks
